Have you ever either had a movie shot in your town, or near you? Or, better yet...anyone ever be an extra in a movie?
'Cause, back in the summer a movie with Kevin James was being filmed at my local mall. It's funny, cause it takes place during the winter, so the mall was all set up with Christmas decorations during the summer. lol Here's the trailer for it: It actually looks pretty bad  . I'll check it out on DVD though, just because it was filmed at a mall I frequently go to. lol. |

no were i live now but when i lived in San Antonio they shoot the movie "Johnny Be Good" my cousin was a extra in that, and im in the "everybody hurts" rem video sitting in a car on the highway

Pirates of the Caribbean 3 was supposed to shoot it's beach scenes about 25 minutes from my house. They changed locations right before filming though.

Chyna was shopping in the K-Mart that was repackaged and reopened as the Sears Essentials that I currently work at in "Beyond The Mat".

Mystic,CT was the site of Mystic Pizza and they filmed the last Indiana Jones movie in Yale
I know there is more but I don't know them

Monterey, CA has had tons of movies shot in our locale.
Turne And Hooch probably being the best known I guess. Or Star Trek movie.

scenes for the sopranos were often shot not far from my home in new jersey. it held it traffic like a mother er. |
