-- TNA had plans to continue using Al Snow, or rather, writer Vince Russo did, but they've been nixed. Russo was pushing to continue the Mick Foley vs. Al Snow feud at recent TVs, but Jeff Jarrett overruled him. Russo wanted Snow to join the Main Event Mafia, but Jarrett nixed the idea because he likes the exclusiveness of an all-world champion group. Also, TNA had plans for Trigg to join the Main Event Mafia because he has held titles in MMA, so he'd fit into the group, not to mention that he carries himself as a smug heel well. However, Trigg was unable to clear his schedule and missed the Impact tapings he was scheduled to film angles for.

I'm okay with Al Snow being on TNA, just not involved with the Main Event Mafia or TNA Frontlines.

Al Snow serves no purpose. He's just like in that Billy Gunn category where his name makes him get paid more than he is worth. And him in the MEM would be an absolute joke. I mean having Sting, Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner, Booker T, and Al Snow in a group? Snow clearly does not fit in at all.

Snow in the MEM would have been awesome. I have always wanted to see Snow as a serious cocky heel.

Jeff Jarrett gave me an early Christmas present.
I don't have anything against Al Snow but he has no business being in the MEM. Jarrett is right about the MEM being an exclusive champions club. Otherwise it will start to look like the NWO.

I say to keep the MEM as is. While they aren't the best group of actual wrestlers, the name recognition is what makes the group. |

I'd rather see Alex Shelley in the MEM... we need some more talent on the heel side besides Angle. Already said this like a month ago. Besides the obvious connection to Big Kev, Shelley would bring something the MEM doesn't have. X-Division prowess. |

AL Snow doesn't fit into the MEM mould, he'll be like the paul roma of the horsemen.
I'm still lukewarm of Scott steiner being there too. I like them just nash,sting, angle and booker.
