Commentators: Todd Grisham and Joey Styles
**the show opens with highlights of last week’s ECW where Chris Benoit was giving his speech on becoming new ECW Champion when ECW newcomer Finlay attacked him from behind and declared that he would defeat Benoit at Night of Champions and become the next ECW Champion**
Styles: Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen to the land of Extreme, ECW! Todd, we have a jam-packed show here tonight.
Grisham: Right you are Styles, all our champions are in action! The ECW Tag Team Champions will be taking on Tommy Dreamer & Sandman, and if Dreamer & Sandman win, they go on to Night of Champions and challenge William Regal and Sabu for their ECW Tag Team Titles.
Styles: That’s not all. Rob Van Dam will be defending the ECW TV Championship against, well, nobody really knows. Then finally our mainevent, the ECW Champion Chris Benoit will partner up with Joey Mercury to take on former ECW Champion Umaga and the man who attacked Chris Benoit last week and making his ECW debut, Finlay. Looks great tonight, Todd.
Grisham: It sure does, Joey. Let’s get the action started with a Tables Match between Mr. Money In The Bank Booker T and Elijah Burke.
TABLES MATCH
ELIJAH BURKE VS. BOOKER T[/u]
The match started with Elijah going for a Closeline on Booker, but Booker ducked and unloaded on Burke with a mix of chops and punches. Finally, Booker threw Elijah off the ropes and when Elijah came running towards Booker, he got nailed with a Spinning Kick. Booker went outside and grabbed a steel chair and came back in and nailed Burke right in the face. Booker then dragged Elijah to the corner and went to chop him, but Elijah moved and poked Booker in the eye and then ran at him and hit the Elijah Express into a Monkey Flip.
Elijah then grabbed the chair and put it around Booker T’s ankle, then went to the top rope and stomped right on the chair. Booker T rolled around the ring in pain. Elijah went to the outside while Booker was down and set up a table. Elijah rolled back in and had Booker T’s briefcase with him (he screamed to the crowd “I’m the real Mr. Money In The Bank”). Elijah swung the case at Booker, but Booker ducked and kicked him in the gut and hit a DDT onto the briefcase.
Booker T made his way to the top rope and hit the Houston Hangover on Elijah Burke. Booker rolled outside and got another table to set up in the ring. Booker T turned around to see Elijah running at him, so he caught him and hit a Spinebuster onto the chair. Booker T then stalked Elijah as he got up and hit the Scissors Kick and then did the Spin-a-rooni.
While Booker didn’t notice, Elijah’s body guard, Sylvester Turkey, came running down to the ring. Booker turned around and got hit with a ferocious Big Boot that knocked him unconscious. Turkey put Booker’s legs on the top rope while he had him in a Head Lock and hit a DDT onto the briefcase. Elijah got up and signaled for Turkey to put Booker through the table. Turkey picked up Booker T and tossed Booker over the top rope with a Crucifix Bomb threw the table on the outside, and Elijah Burke picks up the win since he helped push him over.
WINNER: ELIJAH BURKE[/u]
Styles: Damn it! Elijah stole one from Booker T thanks to Sylvester Turkey. What a punk.
Grisham: I don’t understand how did he win?
(show replay of the ending of the match)
Styles: You see, right there, Burke put his hand on Booker’s back and that’s considered putting him threw the table, that’s terrible.
Grisham: Hold on Joey, Burke’s getting on the mic.
Burke: You see Booker, this is why you need to leave the business, because if you don’t, this will happen more, and next week, I’m challenging you for the briefcase!
Styles: He’s just walking out with the briefcase?!
Grisham: I guess so, I wonder if Booker is ok. We need some medics out here to check up on him.
(Commercial)
We return to see Eve Torres in the locker room getting a word from Booker T.
Eve: Booker, how are you feeling?
Booker: You know, I’m aiight Eve. I mean the only thing that hurts is the loss of my briefcase and not the loss of the match. Ya see, Burke had to have his big man Turkey come in and get his back, and now he wants to challenge me for my Money In The Bank briefcase. Let me tell you something Burke, I ain’t old, and next week, I’m bringing some back-up with me now can you dig that?!........sucka.
ECW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS WILLIAM REGAL & SABU VS. TOMMY DREAMER & SANDMAN[/u]
The two men to start the match are Sabu and Dreamer. Sabu rolled around the ring to avoid a Lock Up with Dreamer. Finally, the two Locked Up and Dreamer scooped him up and hit a Body Slam. Tommy then bounced off the ropes and hit an Elbow Drop on Sabu. Sandman handed Dreamer the kendo stick. Dreamer swung at Sabu, but Sabu moved and took Dreamer down with a Dropkick. Sabu wasted no time and grabbed the kendo stick and started choking Dreamer with it until Dreamer’s face turned beat red.
Sabu then got up, looked at Dreamer and nailed him across the stomach with the stick. Sabu then tagged in his partner, William Regal, to do some more damage to the ECW Legend. Regal came in planning to finish the match with a Running Knee Smash, but Dreamer moved and picked up Regal and hit a Reverse Dreamer Driver, he would have gone for the cover but he was too exhausted. Dreamer finally made it to his corner and tagged in Sandman. Sandman grabbed his kendo stick and as Regal got to his knees, Sandman cracked him in the back of the head with the kendo stick. The Sandman went over and punched Sabu off the apron.
Dreamer slid in a steel chair to Sandman. Sandman hit Regal in the head with it, Regal didn’t fall. He hit him a second time and Regal screamed at the former ECW Champion. Sandman dropped the chair, Low Blowed Regal and hit a DDT onto the chair. Sandman went for the cover but only got a 2 count. Sandman taunted to the crowd and drank a beer while he did it and went to the top rope. Sandman went for the Rolling Rock, but Regal moved and Sandman landed right on the chair. Both men were down for quite sometime, until Regal got to his corner and tagged in Sabu.
Sabu came in with a rage, and a steel chair. He threw the chair at Sandman, Sandman caught the chair and then got it Dropkicked into him. While Sandman was on the ground on all fours, Sabu jumped off his back and knocked Dreamer off the apron with a Side Kick. Right before Sandman could get to his feet, Regal came in and knocked him out cold with his Running Knee Smash. Regal then went to the top rope and hit a Cross Body to the outside onto Dreamer. Sabu went to the top rope and hit the Arabian Face Buster to finish the match.
WINNERS: ECW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS WILLIAM REGAL & SABU[/u]
Grisham: Every week, those two guys know how to make the show even more extreme and I’m proud to call them the ECW Tag Team Champions.
Styles: That was crazy! Regal just hit a Cross Body on Dreamer and neither of them are moving.
While Sabu was in the ring celebrating his victory, the team of Big Show and Test came running down to the ring and attacked Sabu. Sabu turned around and got nailed with a Big Boot from the Big Show. Test then picked up Sabu and hit the Jackhammer. Show noticed that Regal made his way back up to the apron, so he grabbed him by the throat and Chokeslammed back to the ground. Test then gets Sabu and hit the TKO on him.
Styles: What a display of power from those two giants. They just took out the ECW Tag Team Champions with ease.
Grisham: Well, Joey, they did just get done with a hard match, but still, very impressive. I guess they want a shot at the ECW Tag Team Titles.
Styles: That was crazy, let’s head backstage for an interview with RVD before his ECW TV Championship match up, coming up next.
Matthews: Ladies and Gentlemen my guest at this time, the ECW TV Champion, Rob Van Dam. (fans start to cheer). So Rob, do you have any idea who you’re defending the ECW TV Title against here tonight?
RVD: I know exactly who I’m defending against, it’s an old friend of mine, a great father figure, well if you want to be hardcore.
Matthews: Well, can you tell us who it is then?
RVD: Sure, let me just ruin a surprise at a classic TV Title Match, come on Matthews, it’s not 4:20, it’s time for Rob Van Dam to go defend the ECW TV Championship in an epic Extreme Rules Match, later Josh.
Styles: Stay tuned everyone, I’m feeling that this match will be a brutal one.

Hassan: See, that’s the problem with all Americans, they’re too tired after one fight to have another one right after that. It makes me sick. You are all alike, from sitting on your asses and getting whatever you want, to discriminating my people and putting us all out as terrorists. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. (fans are very upset and boo)
RVD: Hold up, dude…..

Grisham: Good, RVD can show Hassan the true meaning of extreme next week. We now head to the lock room with ECW Champion Chris Benoit.
