Hmm, must be some internet cool guy term. However, you fail at detecting sarcasm. Keats- You are right on pace to hit that goal. Keep it up. Dumbest thing I ever did as far as lifting is concerned was to take a couple months off of lifting of to live in Germany. The experience was great, but trying to get back into lifting was crap. So keep on truckin' and you will be at 300 in no time. For got to get my sarcasm detector. Dang...

i lift 4 days a week, but i'm focussing more on running these days because i need direct cardio. i have a bit of a problem with food intake, i'm an undereater, so it's hard to really gain any serious mass.

I too am very passionate about working out. I primarily do weight training. It's the thing I enjoy most in life.

I'm ripped right now, but I used to be alot bigger. Hurt my back and neck a while ago so I lost alot of mass that I had. No matter what supplements I try or how much I go to the gym I can't put any of the weight back on and get bigger. It's frustrating.

I stick to push ups and pull up variations... they've taken me far build/strength wise though I'm planning to hit the gym this summer and resume freeweight/bench press/pulley excercises.

I only do weight lifting with the pound you take in your hands but my arm dont have the same force , im better with my right arm.

I do Weight conditioning and cardio routines along with my Mixed Martial Arts classes.

I was really into it when I was in high school, set a record for light weight clean and jerk at 325. Then blew my knee out in football and havent really done much since, then again, i dont have a gym to my disposal like i use to.
