Hey guys. I was just curious of everyone's opinions on shoptna's service? I ordered a bunch of stuff on December 6th, and have yet to get it. I contacted them twice about it in December, and once yesterday, and have yet to get a response. Am I out $50?? What are your past experiences?

I only ever ordered once in 2005 from their online shop. 2 months passed, I didn't get my item, and numerous emails went unanswered. I ended up handling it in person with Jeremy Borash while I was working for NWA Cyberspace.
JB told me a lot of the emails are marked as spam depending on what the address of your email is. I'm not sure what else you can do.

My past experiences have been fine. I've got all my orders between 2-3 weeks and they even emailed me and told me that a shirt I wanted was out of stock and I could get A.) a refund or B.) another shirt of the same price. So, I picked another shirt - got the package and there was a free poster in it. The only thing I can tell you is to try and call.

I bought from them once, and got it really quick.. The thing said 6 or 8 weeks, and I got it in 2.. They messed up my credit card order and included a signed poster..

I ordered once and it took 8 months for the dvd to arrive.

I guess my opinion doesn't matter, as I leave 30 minutes out of were their HQ is.......

I had issues with them last month too, took forever and me emailing them back and forth, plus they told me one of the items I ordered was out of stock weeks after I ordered it. It was just a mess, I wasn't very happy with there shipping, seems very disorganized.

Well, this is good to know. I'll probably never order anything from them though. Damn, TNA...what gives? Even their online store isn't organized! D=
