I hadn't seen it in years since I recalled it blowing. I own the Anthology so I watched it last night and man does it ever blow. Overall it may be the worst of them all. LT vs Bigelow was the best match on the show and I think that says something.
What do all of you think of this show ?
Oh and I saw Vlad the super fan in the crowd as well as Bill Banks who now works for TNA.

Sadly this is the first PPV I ever had recorded for me when I was 5 lol....Looking back on it, this Wrestlemania was terrible, there were no high profile matches really best match was HBK and Diesel and should of been last. Still though, rubbish Mania.

WrestleMania XI isn't that bad compared to WrestleMaina IX. WrestleMania IX is one of the worse PPV's I've seen. I think I still have WrestleMania XI recorded from the live airing.

Um no, Michaels performance alone stole that entire show. He was a heel with crowd in the palm of his hands that night. He had the crowd booing Diesel and cheering Michaels. He sold his ass off and made Diesel look like a million bucks.

Yeah 11 sucked with the exception of HBK vs Nash but you could say the same for 13 , 9, and 2, only one great match in of those. I actually would say there were not GREAT matches in 9

I think WM 11 is the worst one ever. HBK vs Diesel was alright but not great. It didn't help the show that it had so many "technical difficulties" and L.T being in the main event at a freaking WM with Bam Bam. Nothing againist Bam Bam but come on. Not for the main event.
WM 9 was bad but I can tolerate that as well as WM 13. I personally even like WM 13

I recall HBK/Diesel being pretty good. I also remember Razor/Jarrett and Hart/Backlund to be pretty good.

Yeah, WM11 was pretty bad. On paper, WM9 was bad as well, but I actually liked it. I think WM13 was the worst of them all. Comparing it to WM14 the next year is just such a huge difference.

I find 11 so much worse than 13. At 13, atleast stuff HAPPENED, plus Austin vs. Hart was the match of the decade imo. Nothing of note happened at 11 and it can cure insomnia.

Looking back a lot of the older shows suck but back then watching it live they were great. The build up as you waited to see what was going to happen each week leading up the the show was part of the whole experience. My friends & I used to make a day of it by playing wrestling games and watching wrestling tapes(later on DVDs).
When the PPV started we would call out when we thought a ref bump was coming or someone was going to run in. With 4 kids and being out of work for the last year I don't order PPVs anymore but I loved those days.

WM IX had a few really good undercard matches from what I remember, including HBK/Tatanka, Steiners/Headshrinkers, and Doink/Crush (pure WrestleCrap).
Also, WM IX had the whole outdoor environment and theme going for it at Caesars Palace, whereas WM XI was just forgettable with the exception of the two main events.
I still enjoy watching both, though, because I love the New Generation era of the WWF.
