I wonder if Hogan wouldn't mind jobbing to Hornswoggle.

Man, it upsets me that people are so cynical here.
Where is that MAGIC that we all once believed in when the business meant something special to all of us?
Everyone thought Hogan vs Rock was going to suck before it happened too and they really surprised us. Hogan worked hard and even busted out some new stuff like the Rock Bottom and a chokeslam on Rocky.
Put it another way. Where is our faith in our heroes? Austin fans think Austin is one of the greatest performers ever. Hogan fans think Hogan is one of the greatest performers ever. If our guys are TRULY great, then their greatness will come through and put on a match that is worthy of the hype.
Instead of us expecting the worst, let's be hopeful that a once in a lifetime spectacle will unfold in front of us.

id still rather see goldberg vs austin even tho its not a fair match up those were the two biggest stars in that attitude era time. Tho hogan austin would be entertaining I think if they were to do it though they would have already started building the hype I mean its only 2 months from WM

It would be vintage if he did. But I can just imagine Hogan trying to pull off a stunner and when he goes to sit....."Ohhh, my hip brother!"

I know people are gonna get on my ass about this, but I actually wouldn't mind seeing this match at Wrestlemania. I don't care what you say about Hogan, he is a decent wrestler, and a great entertainer. If this were to be on the card, it would sell. And boy, do I mean sell. Hopefully, if we do see this match, it doesn't end up being another Goldberg and Brock Lesnar match. That match gives me nightmares.

Most people will say they'll do anything to get the job in a job interview.

That would be awesome. I have already seen one dream match in Hogan vs. Rock, why not go for my second of three in Austin vs. Hogan. It's not like my third dream will ever happen in Kurt Angle vs. Bret Hart.

Basically, nobody got my joke. My point was that Hogan would "hurt" himself during the match....I think he'd be vintage ass enough to do that kind of thing.

I know alot of people do not want to see this match. But I would love it and hope it does happen. I know it wouldn't be that good but when you grew up watching Hogan and Austin at there peak, it's just an interesting match I have always wanted to see, moreso than Rock vs. Hogan. Exactly if you grew up as a little kid with Hogan, and was there for Austin this match makes people drool.

I'm sorry but I really wouldn't be all that excited for this match anymore. Interesting? Yeah, I suppose. But both of these guys are too old and broken down to put on a good match and I don't know how anybody could say otherwise. But more importantly, both men are way past the point of relevance to the wrestling business. Austin hasn't wrestled in 7 years or been part of a significant storyline in 5. Hogan hasn't wrestled in 3 years. Neither of them have done crap in recent years so for the both of them to randomly show up and steal the spotlight off other stars with what would probably be a really shitty match would be lame.

Well, for one, Rock was in his prime, whereas both Austin and Hogan are well past their prime. And the match wasn't that good; it was the crowd that made it special. As far as our faith in our "heroes..."Hogan's problems are well documented, and let's not forget Austin was a wife beater. Far from being heroes. They WERE good performers in their own respect. Neither of them are anymore.
