It could happen. But if it did, Austin would have to win, since it would be stupid seeing him lose to the leg drop.

Dumbest post in this thread. Not the Austin winning part, but your reasoning as to why.

It could happen. But if it did, Austin would have to win, since it would be stupid seeing him lose to the leg drop. Hmmm, let's see. Dropping a nearly 300lb leg on the neck of a guy with a well known bad neck? Yea, that would be SOOOOOO unbelievable if Austin got pinned by that. If anything, Austin is taylor made to be pinned by the Hogan Legdrop. Makes more sense than most of Hogan's other opponents.

You are EVER so wrong. Vince was successful in the 80's for 2 reasons. First, Hulk Hogan. And second, the rest of the talent he stole from the AWA. Hogan was already a star after Rocky III. He was "Hulk Hogan", Hulkamania, t-shirt ripping, and going for the world title. If Gagne wasn't an IDIOT, he would've put Vince out of business quickly. He had the top talent and now he had Hogan. But, he chose to focus on "oldschool" wrestling instead of moving forward. And paid the price. Hogan went over to Vince who used his popularity to start a new WWF. There was NOBODY to be "the guy" in the 80's. Vince didn't make Hulk Hogan, Hogan was already made after Rocky III and the AWA! I totally agree with you Big Time.

if hogan takes a clean pin from austin he will totally earn my respect back. I'd like to think that his douchebagginess has been a culmination of his crappy tv show and his insane family getting this new age celebrity idea in his head, I think now that hes been humbled he will start acting like a legend and do the right thing

I love how the IWC acts like they know Hogan personally and can speak for what he will or won't do once he's signed to the match.
Um, it's called a CONTRACT and if Hogan signs on to job to Austin, then the contract will be enforced.

Naturally. Besides, Auston won't agree to it unless it's on paper and signed.

Aren't you all forgetting one major problem? Austin's neck. I don't see this match happening because of it. I wouldn't like to see it happen because I don't want to see Austin in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. Plus Hogan will not stick to his word. He won't job to Austin because of the size of his ego.
