Opening Match; Three Way Dance
Yukio Blaze vs Reckless vs Christian Shields
The light's goes out in the arena, then the beginning note of "Miseria Cantare" play's over the P.A. Smoke start's to fill the entrance way. The drum beat start's to play and Yukio Blaze comes out from the titan tron to a standing ovation while the crowd sings along. Yukio drop's down to his knee's then looks around the arena at the fan's. He gets off the ground and takes his time to get in the ring and admires the crowd in the process. Gets in the ring and walks over the a turnbuckle and climbs to the middle buckle and throws up the V-1 Sign with his right hand and takes his left hand and grip's his right wrist to make devil horn's. He then jumps down and then waits for his opponents.
Arena goes black as the intro plays and smoke begins to rise. When System Of A Down begins the arena lights up green, red and blue and i run out from the back and jumps as far as i can down the ramp. I go over to some fans and give them a handshake. As i get on the apron i jump and flip over the top rope, as red and blue pyro goes off everywhere.
As "the sound of name's dropping" begins to play slowly, the lights shut off and white and blue lights flash around the entrance. When the heavy part of the song kicks in, smoke fills the stage and blue stobe lights flash at a dizzying pace. Once Shields steps out from behind the curtain, the lights switch back and forth between white and blue and the crowd boos unmercifully. He has a smirk on his face as he walks down the ramp and slides into the ring. He poses in the corner but is given boos in return.
As the referee explains the rules to all three men, the rules and regulations. All three nod, as if they fully understand, and the referee says to ring the bell.
With the sound of the bell, all three men move to the center of the ring, but surprisingly Shields hightails out. As both Blaze and Reckless look at Shields who is reluctant to start against the two fan favorites, both men turn there attention to eachother grinning, as if they're on the same page.
As Reckless turns his attention briefly off of Blaze, he attempts to meet Shields on the outside, but Yukio makes him pay for turning his back to him.
With a hard forearm to the back sending him down in between the middle and top ropes. Blaze stops for a minute, only to pull back on Reckless' neck. As Reckless is seemingly stuck between the two ropes, Yukio comes down with a hard forearm to the chest. He stops only to hit another, and then one more.
Yukio then grabs Reckless by the hair, in plain view of the referee, as the referee beings to count, Blaze grabs ahold of Reckless' and shoots him off the ropes. As Reckless bounces off the ropes, Blaze goes for a big backbody drop, but Reckless manages to land on his feet.
As Shields bridges the ropes, Reckless crashes to the outside, the momentum to strong to catch himself.
Shields ever the opportunist, see's his handy work, and stands the fallen Reckless to his feet. Still hurting, he lifts Reckless up, placing him on his shoulder. He walks towards the turnbuckle, looking like he's gonna use his opponent's head as a battering ram, but instead he drops wreckless like a sack of potatoes. He turns his sights to Blaze, as Yukio begs him to get in.
Shields teasing coming in a few times, but eventually is brought in the hard way. As he crawls his way to a turnbuckle, getting stomped in the proccess, he manages to catch a thumb to the eye unbeseen to the referee. As Blaze looks dazed, Shields hits a beautiful standing dropkick, sending Blaze head 1st into the second turnbuckle.
Shields takes a moment to catch his breath, before charging at Blaze. As he comes full speed, he teases something, but then stops, only to put his boot in Blaze's face. As he pushes the sole of his boot into the semi-conscious Blaze's skull, he looks to be going for the facewash. As he looks to finish it off, he comes off the ropes, but is met by airborn Reckless, with a springboard sunset flip. As the referee begins to count.
1.... 2... No only a two count, as Reckless is back in this, and all three men are finally in the ring.
Reckless making sure it wasn't a three, begins hitting legdrop after legdrop on Christian Shields. After ten successfully delivered legdrops, he goes up top for what looks like a moonsault. As he ascends the turnbuckle, he gets to the top rope, but is met by Blaze. Blaze hits a german suplex on Reckless from the top rope. Both men come crashing down.
Shields see's this, and rushes over to cover Reckless. The referee begins the count.
1.... 2.... ... ..No only a two count,
Shields turns his attention to blaze, this time hooking the leg.
1...... ...2...... ....Just a two count, as Blaze manages to get his shoulder up at the last possible moment.
As Shields grows more and more frustrated, with each passing moment, he takes off his wrist tape, and signals for The Break Tnrough. As he waits on both men, Blaze looks to be the 1st man to reach his feet, but Blaze in a surprising move goes limp on the mat.
Reckless unaware of this, uses the ropes to get to his feet, but upon turning around is met by Shields and hoisted up for The Break Through. Shields hits it to perfection, as Yukio sits in the corner watching the events. Shields covers the lifeless Reckless. The referee once again begins the count.
1..... ......2....... .....No, in what's gotta be pure instinct, Reckless managed to get his feet to the ropes, just before the 3.
As CS argues with the referee, he goes to lift up Reckless, but is met with some variation of a inside cradle. The referee rushes to the mat, to make the count.
1...... 2...... .....3! Christian Shields has been eliminated.
Blaze wasting no time, comes off the ropes, and hits the Sickness Spear. As he covers Reckless, hooking the legs, the referee makes the count.
