Who knows. Stars come in and out of TNA all the time (Test, Rikishi, ect.)

Test was let go because of steroid use obviously.
Rikishi I believe wanted to work on NWE so obviously that wouldn't have worked out too well.
Al Snow was probably a one time thing though I have heard that they might want him as an agent.

Foley confirmed in an interview with the Wrestling Observer site that AL was a one time thing. The original plan for who was to be in Kurt's corner fell through and AL was the back up.
