Theme Song: "Hustler's Story" by Notorious B.I.G. ft Akon & Scarface
Location: New York, NY, Manhattan Center
As Hustler's Story plays off the loud speakers, the cameras survey the building that is jam-packed with upwards of 1,000 fans in attendance. With the NYC fans getting rowdy, the sounds of Nas' Hate Me Now begins to play. The lights begin to turn down as a spotlight focuses near the rampway. Nobody comes out, but soon we see a face on the big screen. It is CBT sitting at his desk, feet kicked up, as the camera focuses in
CBT: So begins the next chapter in the WFWF. As a new champion is crowned, two championship belts are restored, and one of the greatest champions to stand in that very ring has now turned the page on whether or not he still wants to be in this business.
But all that I just mentioned is only tidbits of the grand story. You see, tonight WFWF prepares to get its feet wet, in the weeks to come the water will only get deeper.
I will not waste much time, there is a reason for being starting the show like this, I feel the need to address one or two things.
First, congratulations to my partner, Reverend Shadow, the first of the Higher Authority to capture the World title. That is a monumental deal. But Revvie, I seen you after that fight. You were in no condition to walk home let alone show up a few days later and compete. So I gave you tonight off. But next week, you will be back. More on that later, but just let it be known, you will soon feel the weight of that belt begin to pull. Sink or Swim I wish you the best of luck with that. Now, next piece of business.
The Main Event, a first time match, that could very well not happen. So be fate, I wind up with two individual, different stories.. well one different story, and my beautiful main event goes up in smoke.
But don't worry, I said the card was subject to change, but I did not say I wouldn't deliver.
You see, Calvin Lee and Obo have unfinished business, and both men are in the building dressed to compete. So I tell you what NYC, tonight you will see Calvin Lee vs Obo.
Now it may not be as big as the previously planned match, but these two men both came to compete, and I refuse to let politics get in the way of a good old fashion fight. So it's on.
That's about it, enjoy the show...
Wait, there was something or someone that I didn't make mention of. That I didn't shed light on or comment in regards of. That being the reigning International Champion Wayne McGurk. All week I've been getting calls from his bitch Phoenix, asking me why I did what I did, as if I knew why and that if I knew I'd tell her, but now I'm gonna address the situation in the best way I can.
Wayne McGurk is in no shape to compete tonight, he suffered a beating in his triple threat match at Ascension, a beating that required 13 stitches in the head and mandatory rest to not future injure a concussion suffered on that same very night.
Now, I won't mislead anybody, I did attack Wayne after his match. Cowardice as it may seem, I wasn't about to attack him before his defense and give him reason to blame me for him not being able to hold his own on that given night.
But right now I don't wanna speak on Wayne. Whatever I have to say, will be addressed in that ring. So lets get this show underway.
As we turn the focuse back to the ring, the fans don't really know how to react to CBT's comments and now the focuse is on our opening contest of the evening
Lights out. Horror come out with an orange light on me. It is very dim. Then...BAM!! A Technicolor of lights just flashing on and off. Horror high 5 a few people and go into the ring, and I moonsault off of the middle rope.
Hybrid Stigmata - The Apostasy by Dimmu Borgir begins to play throughout the arena and the entrance way flashes red. Through the curtain in a tattered shirt steps Christopher Stevens. He shakes his head a couple of times as he makes his way to the ring. Stevens slides into the ring under the bottom rope.
Horror is a House Show regular and no stranger to FDS, while Dead Idol is debuting in his first FDS match and the crowd is kinda cheering for him. They shake hands and the match is on the way. Idol is taunting Horror, while Horror is calling the crowd for some cheering. Horror raising his arms up, but Idol gains the upper hand bu running towards him and hitting the roaring elbow. Horror hits the canvas with his knees and Idol hits another move, the Shining Wizard and now Horror is down. Idol goes for the pin, 1.... kickout. Idol is taunting Horror to get back up and Idol bounces off the ropes, but Horror catches Idol in the PHD Side Effect and goes for the pin, 1...2... kickout. Horror is now kinda getting aggravated and hes calling for a top rope move. Horror climbs the top rope, but Idol does a amazing leap from the canvas to the ropes and delivers a top rope High Angled Rear Side Suplex. The crowd is chanting Holy Sh*t, Holy Sh*t and both men are lying on the canvas as neither can goes for the pin. The ref starts the count, 1....2....3......4......5.....6....7.. Horror and Idol gets up at the same time. Horror goes for a spear, but Idol moves out of the way. Idol is now going for a spear of his own, but Horror moves out of the way. Idol does hit a flying clothesline on Horror is he is signaling for the end. Idol kicks Horror in the stomach and is going for a little Spinal Rearrangement. Idol hoist Horror up and before Idol drops him down to his knees, Horror somehow counters it with a modified The Junker piledriver and Horror goes for the pin, 1....2....3.
Your winner by pinfall, High Horror
As Horror celebrates briefly slightly shocked at his victory over the tough new comer, he heads out of the ring making his way up the ramp, high fiving the fans up the rampway
The Arena goes black and Malice comes out wearing a black robe with a tall hood that shadows his face. A red spotlight hits him and the Tough as John Jacobs fills the air. He walks slowly to the ring. He enters the ring and throws the robe into the crowd.
The lights go out in the arena, strobelights and sirens come on.
"You Can't hang with the FRANCHISE"
The sirens fade into D-12's Fight Music as the strobelights continue. Josh Dean comes out of the back, warming himself. He slaps hands with the fans as the storbelights continue. He climbs up onto the apron. Dean enters the ring and goes into a spin and HBK-esque pose. Pyros go off across the backside of the ring as he flexes. He stands up the goes into a corner and concentrates on the match.
The ref is telling Dean and Malice that this is basically a respect match. They must keep it in the ring and let it be fair. Malice and Dean then shake hands as the ref rings the bell. Malice starts out by giving Dean a stiff forearm shot and Dean hits the canvas holding his jaw and Malice capitalizes on this by applying a sick Crowbar Arm Lock. The ref is asking Dean if he gives up, but dean says no. He is screaming in pain, but Dean somehow manages to grab the bottom ring rope. Malice lets go and waits for Dean to get up. Dean rises up, but he is holding his now aching arm. Malice kicks Dean in the stomach and runs towards the rope and attempts to hit a 5 Dollar Knee Lift, but Dean moves out of the way and hits Malice with a sick looking superkick. Malice is down, but Dean is now the one stalking him. Dean shakes his shoulder and taps his elbow as if he is calling for something. Malice gets up, Dean runs towards him and connects with the Soaring Elbow. The crowd is now cheering both me on. Dean picks Malice up, kicks him in the gut and somehow hits the Rise Bomb, but Malice counters it into a body type of hurricaranra. Both men are on the mat and the ref begins the count, 1....2.....3......4.....5, Malice gets on his feet, 6.....7.... Dean is now up, but a little dazed. Malice calls for the end. Malice kicks Dean in the stomach, lifts him in the air into the Redneck Edge Powerbomb Position and walks towards the turnbuckle, but Dean counters it into a roll up and goes for the pin, 1....2....3.
Your winner by pinfall, Josh Dean.
As we were set to have ourselves a #1 contenders match for the WFWF tag team titles, some disturbance, not to mention two instigators, have put a hitch in the aforementioned plans. Word backstage is Calvin Lee confronted The New Phenomenon, even going as far as to say that the Vagrancy were in their lockerroom right now, having there way with any and everything not bolted down. As Sam X and Joey Phenomenal high-tailed to their lockerrooms fearing the worse, they seen not a Vagrancy member in sight but soon were attacked from behind by Calvin Lee and the returning Luther Castle! Soon after beating the two men down, Lee tried the same track on the Vagrancy but they didn't fall for it. Ofcourse though Lee had a back-up plan, consisting of Luther Castle and a crowbar. As Lee and Castle just demolished both tag teams that were set to compete tonight. A change in plans as now Reckless makes his way out to ringside
Fade in as we see Calvin Lee at the ring to open up the show. He’s looking out at the fans as they all cheer on the start of the show. Calvin Lee has a mic in hand as he looks out at the fans. He brings it up to his mouth and starts to speak.
Calvin Lee: Last week I told you all what was going on. Last week I mentioned that I was bringing coming back with a friend. At the PPV I said that Calvin Lee was going to take over. Well this week, I am here to tell you people out here that I have unfinished business. I have a LOT of unfinished business. One is being the WFWF title, and beating Obo, who has took me out of the tournament. But that is going to have to wait I guess, because I want him one on one. I want him face to face, and apparently that can’t happen. So I’ll deal with Obo later. Calvin Lee has other things he wants to deal with first.
The fans kind of cheer and boo, as they hate Obo now. Calvin Lee looks out at them and continues to speak.
Calvin Lee: Another thing I have to do is get pay back. Pay back on a certain back stabber. I’ve been backstabbed in my day, but never like this. He took my money, he took my pried. Hell, he didn’t even back me up when I faced Obo. Bastard. I’ll get him back. You know who you are! Remember, revenge is sweet and payback is a bitch.
The suspense builds at the crowd kinda gets loud. Calvin Lee grins slightly, and then he continues to speak again.
Calvin Lee: One last thing before I go. I watched the PPV, and I’ve come to realize something. The WFWF titles are back in the hands of the Revolution. This is not right! This is WRONG! There is a reason the Anointed raped these two punks of this very title two months ago. Because they don’t deserve to own these titles. They only have them because the tag team division is lacking talent. Like REALLY lacking talent. But don’t you worry. Calvin Lee will make things right. I will make sure things are right. Calvin Lee is going to win these tag team titles. I’ll plow through the Vagrancy and The New Phenomenon. And then I’ll take back what doesn’t belong to you. The WFWF tag team titles. Now I have a match I have to get ready for. Enjoy the show.
Unorthodox Manifesto begins to play as Calvin Lee leaves the ring and goes back stage.
Reckless vs Mia Porter
Arena goes black as the intro plays and smoke begins to rise. When the song begins the arena lights up green, red and blue and Reckless runs out from the back and jumps as far as he can down the ramp. He goes over to some fans and give them a handshake. As he gets on the apron he jumps and flips over the top rope, as red and blue pyro goes of everywhere. Reckless has a mic in hand, as he looks to have something on his mind.
Reckless: So, all this talk about me getting my ass kicked by a woman, and she doesn't even show. What a disappointment. This brings a whole new meaning to reckless abandonment. But thats fine, I'm sick of being nothing but a joke in this fed, so I'm laying down a challenge. Next week I want Obo. Nobody else. I've had it easy these past two months, and I think it's about damn time I get to show that I belong here.
So next week no matter what, I want my 1 on 1 match with Obo.
Reckless tosses the mic aside, as the fans begin to chant for Obo. As he heads to the back, an advertisement for next weeks Felo De Se begins to plays
Some say for success to be achieved, especially in the wrestling business, there needs to be a winner and a loser. Rarely do you have two men that can lay claim to being a winner, untimately being the man to beat. But as WFWF makes there next stop in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the Continental Airlines Arena will host Felo De Se, and along with that witness a clash between two men who might truly lay claim to being the very best.
As CBT has signed WFWF Champion Reverend Shadow vs International Champion Wayne McGurk, in a match that in every right should be on PPV. No titles are at stake, just pride and momentum, as both men return to action for the first time since Ascension
Non-Title Tag Team Contest
Revolution(Kurt Burton & Thunder) vs Miguel Sanchez & Yukio Blaze
Both teams put on the match of the night thus far, in what could only be seen as a miscommunication. Thunder went for an ace crusher on Miguel Sanchez as Kat Hamilton stood on the apron, but Miguel had the move well scouted and sent Thunder crashing into Kat. As Kurt Checked on the fallen first lady of the Revolution, Miguel managed to get the hot tag to Blaze and from there Blaze was fully dominant. As the numbers became to much with Kurt's focuse not on the match, Blaze hit Thunder with the Trailblazer following it up by locking in the Anaconda Vice.
As Thunder does all he could to hold out, he finally tapped just seconds before Kurt noticed what was going on and could make the save.
Your Winners by Submission, Yukio Blaze & Miguel Sanchez
Kurt Burton, Thunder, and Kat Hamilton are heading up the ramp with their eyes glued on Yukio Blaze and Miguel Sanchez. Thunder is arguing with the referee for Yukio to give them back their other Tag Team Title, which Yukio has draped across his right shoulder. Sanchez has just given Yukio a microphone.
Hold on a minute Thunder, before I give you this title back, I've got some explaining to do. First, you having the Tag Team titles makes me sick. I know that you Thunder payed the ref off at the PPV and you Burton, whored Kat out to the ref aswell, so the both of you arent even deserving of the tag team titles. Secondly, as most of you might have read on WFWF.com, me, Yukio Blaze put up an announcement stating that if I do not hold a WFWF Championship come the end of this year, I'm gone. I will go with my word until whatever happens. Thirdly, I dont care if Calvin Lee and his mystery guy wants a shot at you guys, I want the both of you for your titles in the near future. Let that be at the next FDS or PPV, I will get a shot at this and that belt you have Burton. Finally, this man right here, Miguel Sanchez was the one that suggested this partnership. Kinda like the old saying goes, if you can beat'em, then join them and that appears what happened. I can trust this man for the sole fact that we both need something to let our names shine on for years in the WFWF, a legacy if you will.....[/i]
The crowd starts to go wild after and cuts Yukio off. The crowd starts to chant Yukio and Sanchez back in forth. Yukio and Sanchez looks kinda stunned.
Wow, okay then it looks like you guys approve of this, then as I was stating, Sanchez and myself needs something that goes into the WFWF records, vault, or whatever you want to call it, and that legacy started right before this match. You see, I've done everything in the books that is good and pure, and I intend and staying that way, You can call me a "Saint" if you would like. Sanchez right here likes to do things that arent always right, smoking cigarettes or drinking until you start a bar fight or even stealing a few victories, "The Sinner" as I like to call him. Together we will start a new legacy in the tag team division, Yukio "The Saint" Blaze and Miguel "The Sinner" Sanchez, and combined we are "The Saint and The Sinner" and we will start our "Legacy Retribution" by claiming these tag teams titles of our own. Oh and Thunder, Burton, Kat, and McGurk, you have just been welcomed !.
Yukio hands the other tag team title to the ref and the ref gives it to Thunder. Both Thunder and Burton are clinching their Tag Teams Titles, while Miguel stands on the middle rope taunting them and Yukio giving them the V-1, Devils horn sign. AFI begins on the speakers and the crowd goes more wild, as The Revolution are looking on.
As the show once again changes focuse, a promo airs for WFWF's next PPV
For every day man struggles, he's solidifies the man he is destine to be.
Be it by drop of blood, shedding tears, or letting a piece of himself die inside, it's not without pain that relief can be attained.
Crimson Existence was just the beginning of a long detrimental yet essential healing proccess. Ascension was a sign of life. But that breathe of fresh air so far has not come naturally not been unguided nor unassisted still much is needed for all to be well.
They say pain is not real you encounter it like a nightmare. But once your eyes are fully open to it you forget the full effect it had on you.
Forever Unscarred.
Everybody has a part of them that is numb. Externally, while we ache, we never really suffer. It is internally where we die, where we thrive, where we constantly fight between good and evil.
But it will be just that, good and evil. As WFWF Champion Reverend Shadow, defends against the man that came so close, Obo.
It won't be though to Reverend Shadows advantage as Obo brings his own sacrifices to the table. A man who lives by the moniker "forever unscarred" will test that theory as he introduces a new element to this feud with Shadow. Barbed Wire. A No Ropes Barbed Wire Match. Nothing more can be said. Reverend Shadow chose to raise the anty, to make this personal, and nothing is more personal to Obo then the pain he inflicts on his opponents at the right price
After hearing the official announcement of WFWF's next PPV, Forever Unscarred, and the match that will headline it. We are prepared for our main event, Obo vs Calvin Lee, but once again CBT's music begins to play, as the lights go down, we now see CBT making his way down the ramp. Once he gets to the apron, he call for a mic, through the ropes he grabs a mic from the time keeper
CBT: What a bad night this has been. Not that I'm taking the blame for a less then spectacular show, but I'm less then pleased with the talent at the moment, but that's not important, not the reason I came out here, and I think you all know why I did...
Wayne is by no means a threat to me, infact for the first time in a long time, I'm the predator and somebody else is involunteerily chosen to be preyed upon.
See it is not even about the belt, it's about the position in the hunt. I see you Wayne, and for a moment I think you're the best this place has to offer. The greatest challenge I've yet to take. But then that little voice inside me lets me know the true story not being told.
Wayne your not new, your not a Viera or a Hardcastle, you've paid your dues and did what was needed to get where you are today. But do you even for a second realize what lies ahead of you?
I know you've had classic battles with Obo and I'm not even trying to top that. But you will step in the ring with me, and when you do, I can almost bet you'll be like a kid in a cornfield maze, pleading with me to let you out.
Wayne, this isn't a tale of the tape. I'm not trying to compare stats. What I am trying to do, is let you know, you're no match for me.
I do like what you've done with the International title, you've been great in your role. But what you've done in that role, is childs play compared to what I did almost two years ago in that same role.
Wayne I constantly hear how you are one of the guys that will be on top, that you're one of the best this place has seen, and it's only a matter of time before you're WFWF Champion.
You know what I say to that? Hype, nothing but hype. It's the same **** I've heard before, and had to deal with before, the only thing that changes now is I can nip it in the bud before it gets to far.
You see Wayne, you may not realize it, but all this talking I'm doing won't make a difference. Come Forever Unscarred, when I make my return, and you can count on it being no early then our match. You won't be prepared. Not a damn thing will alert you of the beating that is in store for you.
I'm not even gonna waste much time, maybe I've got more to say, but for now I'll wait to confront you on it next week in New Jersey. See you then.
CBT leaves the ring as fans chant 'Wayne's gonna kill you' As WFWF ring crew prepare for the main event. We take a brief intermission and return with both Lee and Obo in the ring
Main Event; Singles Match
Obo vs Calvin Lee
As both men brawled around the Manhatten Center, Obo seemed to have the clear cut advantage, but Lee capitalized on any given opportunity. At one point it appeared Obo was gonna go for the 'Rise of the Dead' double foot stomp off the top rope while he had Lee draped over a gaurd rail, but Lee moved and Obo only slightly scuffed his hand up on the landing. As the fight finally was brought back to the ring, it looked as though Lee was gonna finish off Obo with the Chapter 11, but Obo escaped and hit a knockout shot with a Yakuza kick, covering Lee for the three count.
Your winner by pinfall, Obo
Obo starts to stand up as the Mozart's Requiem Lacrimosa begins to play. Obo realizes that its Reverends music and starts to look more alert. Then all of a sudden the titan tron turns on and the musice discontinues. Obo looks up in with a face of discomfort at what he is seeing. The camera pans to the titan tron and then all you see is it.
Obo's daughter can be seen in the distance and behind her is Reverend pushing her swing. She is laughing and having a good time and it appears the Reverend is as well. It then shuts off and the camera cuts back to Obo who is now screaming profanities and then begins to run up the ramp as fast as he can.
Show fades out.

Another show, another long haul ahead.
I think with every step back, I'm getting better at this.
Don't confuse what I'm saying, for me writing all but Malice-Dean(Blaze) and Horror-Idol(Blaze) as far as matches, and everything but the Saint & the Sinner(Miguel-Blaze) and Closing segment(Rev), as anything but mediocore. The best probably came from those I mentioned. I slightly blame less of a turn-out, but had I written a match a day or something, I probably wouldn't have let it take this long to be out.
Anyways, while it far from is the perfect follow-up to Ascension, it is the road to it. Two matches announced, a PPV name, a main event for the next FDS, some progress on some future stories. Not fodder by any means. I'll do a card tomorrow, at reasonable hours. lol
CBT
