great..now this reminds me i need to work on match banner ideas....bleh..i havent been able to come up with **** lately.. edit: this was teh best thing i could come up with...just couldnt come up with ne thing good for the match banners...so i found a cool picture and boom we have match banners...sorry that the suck this time..but atleast the main banner is cool..right? |

The choice song absolutely sucks. It's a pop dance song. What does it have to do with unbelievable pain and the ability to overcome it. CBT, I still question your understanding of the term "unscarred". Hopefully my PPV roleplay helps enlighten you a bit..
That said, the song choice still sucks. Why not try something like "Pain Redefined" by Disturbed? Hard beat, not shitty pop crap, and has strong lyrics that pertain to the main event and the theme of the event in general. Lyrics:

ehh i told CBT to pick the song if he lemme me to w/e i wanted with the gfx...though i listened to the song last night and have to concur with you all...Megadeth song last ppv had nothing to do with the ppv really at all and you all went for it...i think the only reason your complaining this time is b/c its fall out boy...idc one way or the other myself.

What the  is people's problem with not being able to see "not confirmed." It Was a JOKE. And it's not a shitty song, so you obo. I was more or less looking for suggestions. There is 3 weeks, I just didn't want more then 1 "N/A." As for the PPV banners, they go with the banner of the show, so yea.. not bad, better then I could do. ;D |

Also Obo, eventhough I haven't listened. I'm using your theme because it plays well with the atmosphere. It's more in your element then Rev's.
As for you questioning whether I understand "Unscarred"? Just be happy you're writing the match. Because I didn't book it without an idea of how I'd envision it. Seriously, you irk me sometimes.

I don't care if we use The Ballad of Jed Clampett; The PPV will not fall on whim due to any given theme choice. As for the PPV, this is a preview with just the championship matches mention. Only one of the matches was not fully confirmed, and of course there will be a few more added, though with leaves it won't be huge. But it'll be meaningful. |

Do we REALLY want to do a show in the ECW arena, with Fallout Boy as the theme? Sure, it's a good song. Nice to dance to and all that jazz, but it doesn't fit wrestling, more less something with a barbed wire match. Speaking of the barbed wire though, that brings me to another point, and this is a VERY mute point since it's all fantasy anyways, but barbed wire is banned from the ECW arena. Barbed wire, tacks, and light tubes/glass are all banned from being used. Dates back to the meat hook incident with the HI-V and Zandig in CZW. Just a minor note in the "are you gonna get shut down by the Pennslyvania state athletic commission" department. |

Well actually, no. While Obo slightly mentioned it, the ECW arena as he put it, is not just significant for ECW classics. You see, a dozen at least, promotions have run there and produced wild matches. Not all bloodfests, but it's like a cream of the crop type atmoshpere. You gotta give your all and do what you do or else the fans will eat you alive. The arena has significance of its own, it's a place where people make or break there career just competing in it. It's strange, but you gotta think of it like this. MSG is nice, it's big. But to wrestle in the Manhattan Center is to know the bloodlines. It's WFWF becoming more significant and not just paying for a big arena only to fill a quarter of the seats. |
