Felo-De-Se Results for 5/25/07- Not a Mirage

As we get ready for what should be a phenomenal tag team contest. All four men involved are not looking to put their dislikes aside, but rather combine their hatrid for eachother, and unleash it on anyone who gets in their way.

As the lights are turned down, and the sounds of "Hate Me Now" by Nas are heard through the Arena speakers. After the first chorus, Tha CBT makes his way down to the ring, complete with Singapore cane and the International title strapped around his waist.
With a self-sufficient look on his face. A cocky smirk, as he takes in the crowds reaction, whether good or bad. Taunting the fans who boo him, getting in their face, even physically provoking them. Once in the ring he's casual, confidently awaiting the man he chose to be his partner for this evening.

Slowly, the lights dim again. The speaking intro for the song blares over the loud speakers. The beat begins as the big screen flashes with random acts of violence from various Obo matches. With the final scene showing, the screen turns to a running blood effect as "My Dad's Gone Crazy" by Eminem begins to play. Obo steps out onto the stage to a mixed reaction, the WFWF championship draped over his shoulder. Obo slowly makes his way to the ring with little emotion. He slides into the ring and quickly goes to the ropes to stretch. Briefly taking notice of his tag team partner, but hardly paying much mind as both await the opposing team.

The lights in the arena fade to black. A spotlight appears in the middle of the ramp as the opening on 'Bang Bang You're Dead' by Dirty Pretty Things comes on. There is a large explosion as the main part of the song kicks in and Master of Destruction enters the arena. The crowd begins to boo and he revels in this, sneering and smirking at them. He begins to make his way to the ring, bad mouthing fans as he goes. He climbs up the stairs and enters the ring, before posing with his arms by his sides on two of the four turnbuckles. After coming down, MOD keeps an eye on the opposition.

The arena lights dim and “Lights Out” by Sugar Cult players over the speakers as a movie style number count appears on the big screen counting down from 5 to 1 before “Dead Living” cuts in on the sound system and a small amount of white pyros explode in the entrance way. As the fan's cheer for Johnny Michaels, his music plays but to no avail. The countdown is restarted, the music stopped and restarted at 1, "Dead Living" is heard again, but still no Michaels.

As the big screen now turns the focuse to the back, his music comes to a complete stop and Johnny Michaels is shown being attended to by paramedics and house doctors, face first on the locker room floor he lays motionless. As he's being put onto a backboard.

The lights fade as quotes from Gladiator are played into the arena. As the music starts the lights on stage begin to flash various different colours. As the lyrics begin “Total Apocalypse” Mikael West walks out onto the stage with his protégé Sean Clarke following not far behind. West walks down the aisle towards the ring. Clarke remains at ringside while West slides into the ring and leans up against the turnbuckles, with the fan's giving a loud yet mixed reaction. MOD appears to not initally know how to react to his old partner, but soon enough the two share ear to ear grins, and appear to be on the same page.

CBT not happy tells the referee to send TA packing, but instead the senior official lets CBT know that TA will take the place of the now injured Movie Man.

MOD & Johnny Michaels 'Total Apocalypse' Mikael West vs Obo & CBT

As CBT & Obo look to be even less on the same page than they did prior to the return of Mikael West. They both agree to focuse on the task at hand. As the former WFWF tag team champions, MOD & TA, team together in the WFWF for the first time in 2 years against the WFWF International and Heavyweight Champion's, CBT & Obo.

As the referee instructs all four men on what he will and will not condone, Obo is quick to step forward, and be the one to start this match on behalf of his team. As MOD & TA talk strategy, it's the fomer World Champion, Total Apocalypse who will start on his teams behalf.

With both men quick to get in the other's face, Obo pie-faces TA. TA doesn't take lightly to it and swings for the fences with a punch, but misses and Obo catches him with a neckbreaker.
Obo targeting the neck, presses all his weight into TA's throat with his knee, as the referee begins to count, Obo counts along, stopping at 4.

Obo noticing TA gasping for air, takes TA's right arm and crosses it over his neck. Using his left foot he then stands on the hand to keep the arm in place. Viciously he stomps on the arm with his right foot.

MOD noticing his partner is in trouble early in the match, rushes the ring but is stopped by the referee. This gives CBT the chance to come in and assist Obo in a double team. As Obo tells CBT to expose the turnbuckle, he does so and then holds TA's arm against it.
With the referee still distracted, Obo nails a yakuza kick to the left arm that Obo's weakened. TA collapses in pain, Obo covers him, and yells for the referee to make the count.
1.......2........No only a 2 count.

Obo quickly gets to his feet, turning TA over onto his belly, he once again stands on the left hand so as to hold the left arm in place. Obo tags in CBT, and CBT looks for a slingshot senton, but instead of his back he drops both knees into the arm of TA. Not even bothering to follow it up, CBT looks in the direction of MOD who is becoming frustrated on the apron, and gives him a thumbs up.

As CBT gets to his feet, he gives MOD a kick to the mid-section, he hooks his arms and lifts him up with a butterfly suplex, but TA fights out of it. Running off the ropes he goes for a lariat, but CBT ducks it, and grabs the go behind for possibly a german suplex but TA tries to fight it off. CBT hits some forearms to the back and trips TA at the legs. He grabs the legs and begins to lift him up with a wheelbarrow suplex.

As he does, MOD gets the blind tag. CBT sends TA over and goes for the pin, but the referee tells him that he's not the legal man.
As CBT gets to his feet, he's caught off gaurd with a springboard crossbody, as MOD has CBT covered for the 1.......2.....No he only gets a 2 count.

MOD the fresh man in hits a lariat on CBT, and follows up with a dropkick. CBT irish whipped into one of the vacant corners, is soon the target of a charging MOD, but CBT attempts to avoid the collision by sending MOD over the top, MOD prevents this and at the same time puts all his weight down on CBT. Lifting him up for a piledriver, sending CBT's head crashing into the mat. MOD makes the cover. 1..........2........No just a 2.

As MOD looks to bring CBT up to a vertical base, he's caught off gaurd with the jaw jacker. The impact sends MOD into a less than favorable position. As Obo shackles onto MOD, CBT tags out.

Obo begins to throw fists like a madman, throwing open hand slaps in the mix aswell. But eventually MOD begins to fight off the assault with some shots of his own. MOD figures he has Obo stunned, goes to the ropes, but to his surprise Obo catches him with an over the head belly to belly suplex. Quick to follow it up with a cover. 1.......2......No only a 2.

Obo less than amused by MOD's perseverance, begins to bend the rules abit and digs his nails into the MOD's forehead, but MOD avoids further damage by delivering a thumb to the eye. As Obo is temporarily blind, MOD begins to crawl his way to his corner. Obo heading to his corner aswell, so as to avoid MOD from tagging out. Obo gets the tag, and CBT rushes the ring in an effort to stop MOD but TA gets the hot tag and heads in.

CBT comes after TA but is met with a spear. As CBT uses the ropes to get back into a standing position, TA's kicks him in the mid-section and takes him over with a snap suplex. CBT once again pulls himself up, and swings wildly, but TA avoids it and looks to have him set up for The Revelation, his version of the Cop Killa. He hits it, though clenches at the already injured shoulder. The injury proves to be a much unneeded distraction as Obo rushes the ring hitting a Yakuza kick that unintentionally lays out TA on the already laid out CBT. MOD hits the ring and takes out Obo with a clotheline that sends them both to the floor. The referee begins to cout. 1......2............3! NO! Just as the referee was coming down for three, CBT shot his shoulder off the mat.

With MOD and Obo on the outside, TA gathers himself, thinking what he must do to put CBT away. He signals for the Apocalyptic Prophecy, a fireman's carry into a facebuster. But as he goes to cap it off, CBT pumps the brakes getting to the corner and holding onto the ropes long enough to stop it. With a front face lock on TA, CBT repositions it, and comes off the second rope with a Tequila Twist. Covering TA. 1...........2..........MOD breaks it up.

As the referee tends to Obo, MOD slides into the ring and drags TA to his corner. As the referee's focuse is back on the two legal men in the ring, MOD tags in and takes CBT down to the mat hard with the Definite Destruction. The referee makes the count for the 1.........2.......3!

As MOD & TA quickly leave the ring, in celebration. CBT is seen visibly disgruntled. He's confronted after the match by Obo, whose just as pissed, and CBT does himself no favors by spitting in Obo's face. With little warning Obo hits a yakuza kick that sends CBT crashing to the outside. As Obo leaves with his belt, and heads through the curtains. CBT slowly gets to his feet, making his exit momenterily forgetting about his own belt.

Following a grueling tag team contest, we find ourselves in WFWF Owner, Tha CBT's Office. CBT is not alone though, as he is joined by WFWF Hall of Famer, EBR; and WFWF Tag Team Champion, Yukio Blaze.

CBT: So Gentleman, you come to me with a dilema. One man feels he should be tag team champion, at this very moment. The other has no problem with defending it, but seems to not fully understand the guidelines in doing so.

EBR: Your point?

Blaze: Hold on, let him continue. Go on C.

EBR: Kiss ass

CBT: Shut the up. You want me to conduct business. You bring this **** to me. Well I bring a resolution.

Blaze: What's that, Cee?

EBR: I think we get to vote on something. I vote Blaze gives me my title.
By the way, shouldn't you be pissed, that he cost you a shot at the international title?

CBT: Would you both just listen to me, please? Though your onto something.

Blaze: I get a title shot?

EBR: No.

CBT: I concure. But seriously. I realize EBR wants what's his, and Blaze you got it. But there's one problem. Blaze, I don't even think you deserver to hold that title....

Blaze: What?!?

CBT: You won the title in a handicap match. I never pushed you to find a partner because your chosen partner, much like E's, left the company.

However, never did I say any one man can challenge for the belts. You got your shot via a tag team opportunity. But since then you say anyone can challenge you... that you take all comers.... You even had your belts on the line against Josh Dean tonight. Congrats by the way.

Blaze: Thanks

CBT: My point is though, those belts you hold are tag team titles, and while the obvious solution would be for me to give one of those titles to EBR. I think there is logic in saying, EBR went at least 90 days without defending those titles, so he essentially would have been stripped of his title anyways...

EBR: Your kidding, right?

CBT: No, but given the condition that every champion has a rematch clause that is effective the day after they lose their title. You do have a right to invoke that.

EBR: Alright, go on.

CBT: Well, if your in compliance than this is what I have to offer.
Next week EBR vs Blaze, if EBR wins he gets his tag team title match at Veni, Vidi, Vici. If he loses, well then he won't get his shot untill he finds somebody to team with and earns it.
But there is a catch. EBR won't challenge for the title alone, at Veni, Vidi, Vici.

EBR: Let me guess, Lee wants to kiss and make up.

Blaze: So It's True? You're a hom....

EBR: No more true than you like little boys

CBT: So I take it you guys don't wanna know who will be E's partner at Veni, Vidi, Vici, will be if he wins next week?

Blaze: I wouldn't mind hearing

CBT: If I was you I'd just avoid losing at all costs. Because if EBR wins, you'll know who it is, that being the NEW WFWF TAG TEAM CHAMPION OF THE WORLD!!!!! Now get out of my office. Problem solved.

As we are now ready for our main event of the evening. In what CBT called the Axis Effect. All three members of the former Revolution, now known as the Axis will go head to head to head for a shot at the Heavyweight title and a spot on the Veni, Vidi, Vici PPV.

The elements of this match are unmatchable, as WFWF's dominant force will do battle with eachother. With the two men who don't walk out as a winner, put in a precurious position. Set to due battle once again, but more for name-sake. No bad blood exists, but Tha CBT has taken notice of the not so happy family.

All three men could very well make valid claim to deserving a shot at Obo's title. Whether it be the 2x former WFWF Tag Team Champion, Kurt Burton. The former WFWF TV and Tag Team Champion, Thunder. Or the new Owner; the former WFWF Ham Shank & International Champion, Wayne McGurk. These three men will compete, and won't pull punches in the least.

With the opening chords to Shoot to Thrill blaring over the speakers as video clips of riots and destruction play on the big screen. The music PAUSES, the stage is lit up by pyro. Kurt Burton emerges, carrying his handy lead pipe to the ring, but due to CBT's ruling, he is without the promiscuous Kat Hamilton.
He brandishes the pipe at the crowd, and bangs his head. As he heads to the ring and gives the one finger salute to the crowd. He steps through the ropes and throws off his shades and jacket. He raises his pipe once more.

"Money" by Pink Floyd begins to play. As the cash register sound ends and the music begins, Thunder walks towards the ring. He reaches the apron and climbs the turnbuckle, taunting the fans. He locks eyes with Kurt, and both share similar grin.

The arena lights fall; as the strobe light pear towards the entrance way. Smoke fills up the runway, "Voodoo WhoDo?" slowly kicks to full swing; and seconds later, Wayne McGurk drives down to the ring in his black Harley Davidson Hog. As he quickly notices his Axis stablemates, fully ready to due battle. He approaches the ring in a cautious manner.

The Losers of the match will wrestle 1 on 1 at the "Veni, Vidi, Vici" PPV. The Winner however gets a shot at Obo's Heavyweight title
Kurt Burton vs Thunder vs Wayne McGurk

As all three men meet center ring, the referee explains what's at state, aswell as points out this is a 1-fall match. Who ever is not involved in the decision, will still lose the match. This is not elimination rules.

With the three men seemingly fully aware of what's at stake, they tap fists before the opening bell, so as to say this is about competition.

The bell rings and quickly Thunder and Burton go on the attack of Wayne. With forearm shots to the back, they get him on all four and then begin to stomp away on the back. Each taking turns before resorting to dropping elbows.

Kurt grabs an arm and looks to apply a crossface, but Thunder stops it with a stomp to the back of Kurt's head. Kurt rushes to his feet and gives Thunder a nudge, before turning his attention back to Wayne, but Thunder quickly grabs ahold of Kurt and lifts him up for a backdrop driver. He then turns his focuse to wayne, turning him over to his back and covering him. 1......Just a 1 count, as to much time was given for Wayne to recover.

As Thunder starts delivering forearm shivers to the back of Wayne. Wayne is still attempting to get to his feet. As he's up to one knee, Thunder runs off the ropes but he is met by a Kurt with a charging shoulder tackle that sends Thunder to the floor.

Kurt looks to follow up on what ever Thunder had planned and runs off the ropes, but as he nears Wayne, McGurk hits him with a jawbreaker lariat. Wayne quickly makes the cover for the 1.......2........Nope, only a 2.

Wayne grabs Burton by the hair, and uncaringly tosses him out to the floor, almost landing on Thunder. As both men try to shake the cobwebs, Wayne teases a dive, seeing he can possibly kill two birds with one top suicide, Wayne goes for the kill, but the experienced due of Thunder and Burton move clear and McGurk catches nothing but steel framed barricade.

With both men aware that they need to take out McGurk. Burton sets McGurk for possibly a powerbomb, but Thunder jumps the barricade and it seems there is a plan. As Burton lifts up Wayne McGurk, he tosses him right into Thunder who hits the Chopping Block impales Wayne over the gaurdrail. As both sieze the opportunity, they head for the ring.

Demanding the referee count, they are told that there is no count outs or disqualifications. So both men find out the hard way, there will be one winner.

As Kurt tries for the backlund bridge, to his dismay, Thunder counters it into a cobra clutch. With the legs grapevined around Kurt like a boa constrictor, and the move applied center ring with no one to break it. Thunder cinches the hold, hoping Kurt taps out or passes out as soon as possible.

Kurt tries to escape but to no avail, he manages to roll to his side but the hold is still to much, he rolls again and this time he's close enough to the ropes. Before Thunder can pull him away, he grabs it. The referee begins to count, and Thunder has no choice but to relinquish the hold.

Thunder calls for the Thunder and Lightning, but Kurt all to familar has him scouted, and turns it into a crucifiz pin. The referee goes to make the count, but Thunder's legs hang over the middle rope. Kurt draws both legs in, and the referee begins the count. 1.......2........Nope only a 2.

Kurt becoming nervous checks on McGurk who is moving, but in alot of pain. He goes back to focusing on Thunder. Lifting him up and sitting him on the turnbuckle. He follows suit and joins Thunder on the top rope. He looks to have a belly to belly suplex in mind, but Thunder still has some fight left in him. With forearm shots to the face, he unloads on Kurt. Though it is a stiff headbutt that send Kurt to the mat.

Thunder not terribly familar with the top rope, comes off with a diving elbow aimed at the heart of his tag team partner. He quickly makes the cover, looking to capitalize on whatever damage may be done. As the referee makes the count it's a 1............2.......Thunder only secures a two count.

Thunder sees McGurk begin to crawl into the ring, and he's quick to capitalize on the beatdown earlier outside the ring. As Wayne makes into a vertical base, he's hit with the Thunder and Lightning. Before he can make the cover though, Kurt quickly disposes of Thunder, sending him to the outside. As Kurt looks to pick up the scraps, he goes to make the cover but Wayne manages to roll him up with an inside cradle. The referee begins the count for the 1.......2.............3!

Your Winner by Pinfall, Wayne McGurk

As Thunder uses the apron to pull himself up, he can't believe that his chance at the title was stolen from him by his own stablemates. Thunder leaves without showing much of any good sportsmanship to his fellow Axis team mates. As Wayne stands tall, Burton to leaves the ring disheartened.

As the referee raises Wayne's hand in victory. We now have a new challenger to Obo's Heavyweight title, someone not so new to Obo, but very unfamilar to holding the Heavyweight Championship of the world.
