I've had a pain in my one foot for a few days now. Last I checked there was something in it but I was never bothered to look and ignored it. When I was walking earler I just felt a sharp pain in my foot and I almost fell as it struck me off guard. After looking at my foot under my living room light it appears to be there's something in it and it's bruised up. I'll probably check it out with the doctor but it's really bothering me, so I'd like to ask if anyone else has dealt with a situation quite like mine and what did you do to go about having it resolved?

It sounds to me like it's possibly gangrene. I'd recommend amputation. If you don't like the option, feel free to consult another doctor.

I'd says go to see doctor.
None of here is doctor or know what's excalty wrong, so just go to see doctor and get correct/right advice or so, instead get lots of differents answers from here.

Yeah I'm going to see a doctor... Just wanted to ask first though if maybe someone else has had a similar problem, so I know somewhat what to expect... Anyway, thanks for the answer Hulk, lol, I hope it's noting too serious.

Its probably just a splinter that got infected.
I've had bruises on the bottom of my feet before. It could also be the shoes your wearing or any other number of things.
I wouldn't get worried about it.

Is it around your toenail? If so, it might be ingrown, in which case you have to go to the doctor for some shots and get it removed. But if its not around the toenail, then I have no clue.

As mush as I'm anti-doctor, I recommend you see one as soon as possible. I hope everything is ok, bro.

Could be what are called plantar warts. They're often very painful and have to be removed.

I wouldn't get worried about it. thats what i was going to say about the splinter. ive had that before. but you still need to see the doc about it. if it is infected you'll need some antibiotics or something so it dont get worse. -abcs

My mom had the same thing. She thought it was just a bruise or an infected splinter. It ended up being cancer & they had to take out a golf ball sized chunk from the bottom of her foot.

I think everyone has experienced that from time to time....you feel soreness or feel a sharp pain on a part of your body and you don't necessarily recall a specific injury or any incident which may have caused there to be any pain.
All I can say is that any pain for any extended period of time should be looked at by a doctor.

Might be a Blood Blister? I remember when I had one, the exact happened to me ('walking earler I just felt a sharp pain in my foot and I almost fell as it struck me off guard'). Plus with you saying, it looks a little bruised up, It could be that.
Better go and see a Doctor anyway.
