Can we start having subtitles to Steiner's promos? Who keeps letting that er talk? I'm still trying to figure out if Tomko saying "Did he just say dot your T's and cross your I's" was ad-libbed, or written. You just don't know with Steiner.

I'm going to guess ad-libbed.
And this entire episode just was made worth it just to see Sabin jump out of that tree onto Backlund.

I hate Backlund! I've been to florida twice, and walked a lot. Never once found an X-Division title one my walks.

That X title / Sabin jumping out of a tree was awesome. TNA always gives atleast one good thing on the show worth watching. Also, Cage plugging Sharkboy was dang good.

I haven't watched a full episode of Impact in about 3 months, so I decided to watch the entire show tonight and I was really impressed. The opening segment was pretty good and I really enjoyed the X-Division match for what it was (the Shelley eye poke kicked ass!). Young and Roode had a great segment and it really showed how much TNA needs Jarrett. Don't even get me started on the greatness of Sabin jumping out of the tree!
The only low points to me were Team 3D and the ending of the main event. Team 3D have been essentially working the same match for the past 6 years and I'm really tired of it. And I could have done without the run in at the end of the main event.
Over all, far more enjoyable than any recent episodes of Raw.

I must say, seeing Sabin jumping out of that tree made iMPACT! worth it. Other than that, it felt very rushed and fairly weak. - Angle/Sting ending in a no contest... so that Angle can cost Sting the match? I really, really hope this doesn't lead to a Triple Threat match at Sacrifice between Cage, Sting and Angle. - Jeff ing Jarrett? Dear God, no! I'm sorry, his face run in early TNA sucked and so far this one isn't any better. Jarrett doesn't make a good face. - Paparazzi save iMPACT! once again with an amazing video. Not only was it funny with Sabin trying to jump Backlund from jumping out of a tree and using the X-Division Championship as bait, but it shows more work from the team of Sabin and Shelley... which is a great thing. - Next week... Team 3D vs. Rhino and Joe, WHY!? Miss Jackie and Gail Kim better outshine their encounter at Lockdown, or we're in for 7-10 minutes of complete crap. iMPACT! seems fairly weak for next week, hopefully it doesn't disappoint. - Triple S

This impact was really good and I was wondering if they could fit sting/Angle in, but they did and didnt give away too much. Steiner's promo was embarassing. Black machismo is awesome. No dumb killings or VKM promos so that's good. You could tell some of the segments were pre taped, that's something TNA needs to work on. Roode/Jarret was good but I thought Jarret would be out sooner. Some things that stand out are that THE DUDLEYS NEED TO GO. They got there belts now lose them and get the hell outta TNA. Bubba lloked so out of shape and sloppy I thought I was watching Dusty Rhodes. Steiner is a big names but he's overshadowing Tomko as the vicious big man in the company. And i guess Nash is comfortable with agiang in front of the camera which is a shmae because I wouldnt mind seeing him back in the ring in a bigger role, but his curent role works so I'm ok with it.
Looks like TNA is starting to get back to wrestling finally, but I think if they dont soon secure another hour then they'll need to drop some of this dead weight aka steiner, Dudleys/

The Hardcore 24/7 esque storyline with Buckland is cool

I really enjoyed watching iMPACT! this week. Shame Raven didn't punish Kaz for not winning the match.

LOL...AJ huggin Christian..thats an instant classic. TNA has a different feel lately, like they are just doing instead of trying

Was Machismo or Sabin on this week's iMPACT at all? If they were then I guess I missed them.
I loved the tag team match between 3-D and Joe & Rhino. That German Suplex Joe took was brutal. I'm curious as to whether or not they're actually gonna go anywhere with Christopher Daniels.
And for God's sake, let's give Joe an opponent for Sacrifice!
I'm loving Jarrett/Roode right now.
Christian with a beard rocks. Period. The main event for Sacrifice sounds really good actually.

I give 3d credit for doing a nice job this week. I'd love to see Joe and Rhino really team up and go after the tag team gold

Was it just me....or did 3D get booed at the beginning of the match? That confused me.

Ahh IMPACT wasn't that good tonight. First match sucked. 2nd match had alot of good spots as usual from the top-notch Indy guys and the Main Event was decent at best..nothing really special.
Meh...could have been a much better IMPACT.
