I think he is closing in on Flair. Quite possibly has more than HHH. He has had 3 TNA World Title reigns....I think. And I believe Sting had anywhere between 10-12 WCW title reigns

Jim Crockett Promotions/World Championship Wrestling
NWA World Heavyweight Championship (1 time)
WCW World Heavyweight Championship (6 times)
WCW International World Heavyweight Championship (2 times)-Would you count this?
Total Nonstop Action Wrestling
NWA World Heavyweight Championship (1 time) TNA World Heavyweight Championship (2 times, current)
World Wrestling All-Stars
WWA World Heavyweight Championship (1 time)-Again, is this counted?
With all of those, 13. Without the International or WWA titles, 8.

LOL Thats Hogan Austin and the rock Sure if you stay in the little world called the WWE Nah, I say Hogan, Flair, Austin. Austin is more important to wrestling than Sting is. But than agian you are a NWA/WCW fan so i'm sure you are going to disagree because you're bias.

But than agian you are a NWA/WCW fan so i'm sure you are going to disagree because you're bias. Not at all. I just think that it hurts Austin at the fact that he shared the spot light with other stars. During the attitude era WWF had guys like Austin, Rock, Taker, HBK, HHH, and more with cult like following. So when say 4 million viewers tuned in to Raw some were there to see Austin, some Rock, Some Taker etc....But back in the late NWA/Early WCW days Sting never had to really share a spotlight. Anything that company got was because of Sting. Of course he shared the spotllight with Flair but that was it. Im sure people didnt sit there on Saturday night and be like "Man I cant wait till 6:05 so I can see Scotty Flamingo in action" I always look at it like this. Removes "this guy" from the company and tell me if it survives or is still entertaining? WWF without Austin would still survive. We would miss some great feuds and entertaining moments but if Sting were gone from WCW (say around the time Flair left) the company would have gone belly up in 92-93

I mean in 1999 they had all those big stars but remove Austin from 1997. Bret was leaving, Shawn was leaving, all you had was Taker..Foley..?

Bret didnt leave till the end of '97 though and Shawn didnt leave till early '98. Rock was becoming a big star along with Triple H. To me the main focus in '97 was more on factions then Austins reign of terror. It almost always seemed like Raw was packed full of matches consisting of Los Boricuas or however the hell you spell it, The Nation, Truth Commission, DX, Hart Foundation. There was always at least 1 person to fall back on if Austin was "never there"..WCW didnt have that option with Sting. But I can see the argument in your point, it can rank right up there with who is better all time Hogan or Flair, or what can first the chicken or the egg

You cant count WWA......but definitely the International Title. That belt and the WCW World Title was much like how WWE has the WWE and World Titles now.

From Wikipedia: As a singles wrestler, Sting has technically won a total of thirteen World Heavyweight Championships in various promotions, though only ten of these reigns are recognized as "World" title reigns by Pro Wrestling Illustrated. He is a two-time NWA Champion, six-time WCW Champion, and two-time (and current) TNA Champion.

Sting is not top three. I'd give that nod to guys like Taker, HBK or Bret Hart, that's not even counting guys like Austin and The Rock.
