Sounds good. Hopefully it looks good when they show some Mattel WWE products.

I was kind of hoping he would elaborate on what kind of scale the WWE figures will be in. Will they comparable to RA?

To make the sound louder, adjust the volume! Apparently!

I'l say this. If mattel is planning on doing detail and character specific figures, ie, not re using parts...look for a total of 10 figures per year. An industry like wrestling that is constantly changing cannot stand up with a toy compnay that tries to make each figure specific as possible. just ask Jakks about the R3 line. Yeah, the first series was great but after that there was no way they could keep up with the demand. IF mattel has already started production, which they say they have then there's a chance but god forbid someone goes through a character change

I worry about their ability to connect with the fans. Which, in turn makes me worry about the line as a whole.

Sounds promising at least. If it turns out to be as detailed as he said he wants it to be, I might have to start collecting again.

Mattel WWE = crap on a cracker as fas as im concerned... and to hear the sculpters the four horsemen mentioned makes me ill... why was the new he man re launch a flop? they butchered the look by injecting the masters of the universe with that gawd awful anna - may look... thats also what the new cartoon was crap tacular 2... that style has its place and should not be mixed into established franchises to appeal to the hardy marks who shop at hot topic and build up so called reps in chat rooms... i shudder to think what mattel will do....anna - may looking crap with 568 points of areticulation.... blah... i refuse to buy a single mattel figure ( but then again wwe is a shell of what wwf was so not much interest in todays "superstars").... jakks im not sure on...if they continue some sort of legends line doing older versions of guys on the tna roster (not the so called superstars) guys like sting, the stieners maybe harlem heat and other non legends contracted legends... but what ever happen simply put..if i dont like it i wont buy it i dont normally comment on topics like this but theres my 2 cents...lol "Legends Live Forever!"

I'm really looking forward to see what Mattel gives us. Hopefully the articulation doesn't have too much though, that's one thing I'm not exactly keen on.

I'm willing to run down the highway buck naked if they keep the same scale. There is no way they will or we wouldn't have to start all over, thus not buting their product. I hope they don't pull crap like Jakks did with RA 38.5. I fear the time to stop collecting might be coming sooner than later. Bummer!!!

I think it will definitely be a rough start for Mattel when they realize the demand us collectors have for a quality product come early 2010.
I am about 95% sure I will stop collecting new WWE figures by the end of this year, but I will try to keep up to date with what Mattel is offering for new collectors in the next few years.
