I view Austin/Rock in a totally different light, personally. Those two can wrestle every damn night as far as I'm concerned and we're going to get something fresh and exciting every single time. Thats not the case with either Edge/Cena or H/Orton. If they'd be done once, maybe twice, I'd be alright with it, but after four and five times respectively (and thats being generous - they've faced each other on numerous occasions besides that), it isn't a plausible Wrestlemania main event anymore. Its not entertaining, its not valid, and its totally dated. Not to mention the odds of either Edge or Orton winning are slim to none, and thats ridiculous. Edge got the short end of the stick in his feud with Cena and H buried Orton countless times. They are both on total high points in their career, whereas it can easily be argued that H and Cena are at their worst. I don't care about the face rule - Orton and Edge need to leave Wrestlemania with the belts. Why do they need to leave Mania with the belts? Orton did it last year, so why are you complaining? I hope Cena takes the belt off Edge. Triple H has not buried Orton so I don't see where you're going with that at all. Orton is one of the biggest Superstars in WWE because of HHH, he helped to establish him.

Edge/Cena had a great feud back in 2006 with the antics Edge did towards Cena and his father which produced good matches between both of them. HHH/Orton - yeah they've fought countless times and some matches were kind of bland (i.e. Unforgiven '04), but this time, the storyline is more personal and both guys have stepped their game up esp. Orton.

Orton vs HHH should be good, however Cena vs Edge I say NOOOOOOOOOO, I also think that if Undertaker might possibly be facing Shawn Michaels at WM XXV Then that should be the real main event

if a Cena Vs. Edge Match Happens, It would only Be good If Edge Retianed. Its boring when Cena Always Wins at Big PPVS

Rockbottom how can you say HHH hasn't buried Orton?Name a time he cleanly jobbed to him(and not in a gimmick match like the LMS match at No Mercy). He rarely jobs to him in their matches.

If Orton wasn't in Evolution, he wouldn't be what he is today. Has HHH buried Orton? No, not necessarily (depending on how you view it). But Orton is still on top of his game even after all the matches they've had together.

OK. Cena/Edge and Orton/HHH is A LOT better than Cena/Orton and Edge/HHH, which is what was rumored before No Way Out. Plus what happened at No Way Out was awesome with Edge suprisingly winning the second Chamber match. I would of much rather had Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy or even Christian involved with Edge for the WWE or World title, but we're lucky we got Jeff Hardy as a WWE champion at all with WWE. And you people aren't looking at the other matches on the card. HBK/Taker, Hardyz Jeff vs Matt are and Stonecold and/or Hogan wrestling this year is much more likely than it has been in previous years. So the card is bound to be better then last year's card. Regardless of what the two title matches are.

im really not happy with these two matches either, but Orton vs HHH is happening for sure IMO and Cena/Edge is possible, but i think it will NOT happen. I believe Edge will face Big Show and Cena faces Hogan

I hope Cena takes the belt off Edge. Triple H has not buried Orton so I don't see where you're going with that at all. Orton is one of the biggest Superstars in WWE because of HHH, he helped to establish him. Because like I stated in the original post, Edge and Randy Orton are arguably at the peak of their careers, they are mega-heels who do mega-heel things, one those things being beating the big hero at Wrestlemania. John Cena doesn't need the championship. Thats a fact. He's not the champion right now and ratings are solid. John Cena can be the biggest guy in the company without the title. They need to realize that and stop throwing the belt on him every single chance they get. He got the best of Edge in their first feud, and has won nearly every match between them since. Its Edge's turn to run with the ball. As far as Orton goes, he's at the absolute peak of his career. He's the best heel in the business right now, bar none, and he's involved in one of the biggest storylines of the last several years. He is making every man, woman and child hate him and they need to keep dwelling on that heat to keep the product at a respectable level. Lets take a look at this scenario... Triple H retains the title, okay, thats fine, Orton's heat is totally killed and I don't feel compelled to tune into Raw or Smackdown. Randy Orton wins the title - people are pissed, they're angry - they're downright furious. They want Orton to get his ass kicked, and they know Triple H is going to want revenge...the next night on Raw. Its a better scenario, its better for business, plain and simple. 2009 is the year of the heels - thats more or less a given, let them walk out with the belts at Mania, they deserve it, they're carrying the damn company on their backs.
