HBK vs Taker would be so much better than Taker beating Kozlov or JBL.
He can face Kozlov at Backlash..

110% yes. And I'd be willing to bet it will be. It is no doubt gonna be the biggest match on the card, and the fans will be the most into that match more than any other. End the PPV on a high note.
Then again, I wouldn't mind if it was HBK/Taker, *insert random match*, then Orton/HHH.

i've always thot the worl title matches should main event but this is a huge match with two of the biggest stars of all time and will have so much hype that i think it will deliver so much more than the two title matches but i doubt it will get the main event

Well since it looks like it si going to be Orton v. HHH and Edge v. either Show or Cena I would say definitely put it on last because personally I think it will be heels winning the two title matches at Mania and thus it would end the ppv on a sour note and that should never happen with the biggest ppv of the year.
