Too bad they had to waste so many dream matches, book so many dq/run in finishes and rush dream matches to get there....
If booked correctly 1.2 could have been hit a year ago...

An iMPACT record? Yes.. This Is TNA got a 1.3 Kind of sad when you consider that it was, for all intents and purposes, a clip show.

Short, but a lot longer than 75 seconds. The report I read said it was a legit 75 seconds so I was going off that. Even so, the opener was like 3 minutes, that match was 2, and the main event was 7-8 but we really only seen 4-5 minutes of it so lets give TNA the benefit of a doubt and say it was 5 minutes. Thats 10 minutes of wrestling in a whole hour which means there was like 30 minutes of promos, and 20 minutes of commercials. I've heard TNA has like 45 minutes to work with and only 10 of that was wrestling? The other 35 was promos. Who edits this shit?

Correction.. this is NOT their highest rating. It is for 2007 but they have reached a 1.2 in 2006.
PWInsider is reporting that the 6/21 Thursday edition of TNA iMPACT! drew a final 1.2 cable rating. This is the highest rating iMPACT! has received in the shows history on Spike TV. There are no details out right now regarding a share or an estimated audience yet.
TNA had previously drawn a 1.2 rating earlier this year on February 12 with its "This is TNA!" special. While the PWI report states this is the highest rated episode for iMPACT! on the network, Gerweck.net's excellent ratings record book shows that TNA also did a 1.2 rating back on May 25, 2006.
One good sign about this higher rating for TNA is that the show had reruns of CSI: Miami as a lead-in and that rerun episodes of The Ultimate Fighter aired afterwards, so this may help TNA's standing with Spike TV as the company continues TV negotiations for a new deal with the hope being that they can land a second hour. We hope to have additional details on the rating very soon.

Raw A.M. Better utilizes its hour and has more wrestling condensing a 2 hr show.

Raw A.M. Better utilizes its hour and has more wrestling condensing a 2 hr show. They have that luxury becasue they are working originally with two hours. I wonder, like I said before if anyone at all who actually watches TNA can find one good thing about the product each week, if not I wonder why people keep watching it. I'm not talking about anyone in specific, but some people just come outta no where and bash away and you never here them say anything positive...I just wonder why bother watching if all you have is a negative thing to say...and I'm not refering to you Asia so dont flip your lid.

Well if you are reffering to me, 9 out of 10 times I DON'T watch Impact because I'm usually not home.
