They tape two weeks at a time. Also it's free with Park Admission.

If I lived in Orlando, I would get a yearly pass to Universal and go to every taping.
Do they let everyone in? Is it first come first serve or do they try to weed out certain people?

It's first come, first serve. I got on the VIP list so it didn't take four hours standing outside to get in.

Being a regular since 04 (although I did go dark from February 07 until November 08 because I could not stand the product) the wait can be extremely unbearable. The best policy that they had was in mid 06 - early 07 when they had the ticket stub policy. (The people working handed you a stub to hold your spot in line and you were free to walk around the park and whatnot.)
Given I have only been to one actual Impact taping since July of 06, but my friend and I got there at 4 and we got to stand near the rail. Maybe go with 3:30.
PM me for more details if you want.

' You don't need a universal pass. When I first moved here (to Orlando) I went to every show. I'm in the front row of almost every TNA show from August to December in 06. I'm going to Destination X next month too.
