so im not sure if this goes here but i got this figure of an ebayer and it had stains that he didnt tell me about 
so i was wondering how to remove stains and there alot worse and darker in person so here the pics
this read stain is the one that bothers me the most and i cant get it off i have tried rubbing alchol and nail polish remover and i dont know what else to try so any ideas
