This is the first wrestlemania I have watched in years and it had it's high points and low points. MITB was great my top two choices to win were Christain or CM Punk. I really think Vince should give Christian a chance and let him win a damn title. There are so many things wrong, from not having a tag team title match, to finally defending the IC title.

I don't think I would have hated this as much if it was say, Summerslam.

Didn't enjoy the show for the most part.
Loved HBK/Taker & Jericho winning; other than that - meh.

If I could just pretend Triple H/Randy Orton never happened, and that it was cancelled or something, then I honestly think I could say it was one of the better events in a long time.

Orton HHH had such an amazing build up but did that match flop

Does anyone think the Orton/Triple H finish was because they were running out of time?

TNA Lockdown is looking very appealing right now. Eh, I don't know if I could ever bring myself to say that. LOL.

The main event definitely needed a gimmick.....

TNA Lockdown is looking very appealing right now. For sure. Sting vs Foley alone will beat half the matches on this card.

Does anyone think the Orton/Triple H finish was because they were running out of time? Even if they had had more time, there was really no saving that match. They were definitely on a huge time crunch, though. My cable company cut the broadcast just as the copyright logo was coming onto the corner, because they had hit 11:00.

Ugh. This PPV can't be considered anything but a disappointment. I can't believe I shelled out $55 for a fabulous Taker/HBK match and a decent MITB. Tag Titles: My third most anticipated match and they pulled it from the ing show! I hadn't been online since early this morning so I had no idea until about halfway through the Triple Threat Match when I looked at the time and thought "Damn it. There's no way they have time for two more matches." And to make matters worse, I look on WWE.com and see that the Colons went over? ing hell? Miz/Morrison have been the company's MVPs for the past year and they lose the dark match before Wrestlemania? *Sigh* MITB: Not a bad match at all, but not the best MITB we've seen. I'd probably say this was the third best MITB match behind 24 and 21. I liked the use of multiple ladders and as always, Benjamin stole the show in this match. I did not care at all for Punk winning again. I had said before that the only way I wanted him to win this match was if he cashed in on Orton at the end of the night. Kid Rock/Divas: What a waste of time. I'm not a Kid Rock fan, so I did not care for his medley. Judging from the mostly silent crowd, no one else did either. I feel sorry for any of the Divas who returned for this match. No one got their own entrance and no one got any solo attention except for Santina. Divas wrestling has grown on me a lot over the past year or so, but this was a waste. Jericho/Legends: I took a leak at the start of this match and when I returned, Piper/Snuka had been eliminated. What I saw, the match wasn't bad. I liked that Jericho went over and got some time to deliver a promo. The Mickey Rourke stuff didn't need to be drawn out and wasn't particularly interesting. Matt/Jeff: A vaccuum cleaner? A WM poster? Really? I wasn't too into this feud and I wasn't really looking forward to the match. I liked the end spots, though. JBL/Rey: I can't complain. I had said this match needed to be kept short and sweet and they surpassed my expectations in that respect. This was a fun segment. HBK/Taker: Fantastic. I was completely sucked into each and every near fall. Cena/Edge/Big Show: Not too bad, but I would've rather seen either of the heels walk out with the belt. Orton/HHH: This match reminded me of why I always enjoyed their past feuds, but never really cared for their actual matches. The decision to have the title change hands on a DQ/count out was a terrible one. That meant that these two had to wrestle a straight up match - which we've seen from them plenty of times - and was not a fitting end to the intense storyline, IMO. This should have been an all out, '01 style main event brawl. And I didn't care for Triple H using the sledgehammer to win. IMO, the punt should have been the finisher. Part of the reason this show was so disappointing was that the weeks leading up to it were so terrific. It's a shame this show couldn't even come close to measuring up to them. It also seemed more like an entertainment-based show than a wrestling-based show, which I always believe WM should be regarded as the latter. It suffered from the same booking style as WM23 in that they kicked off the show with MITB and didn't offer anything else particularly interesting until Undertaker's match rolled around. I also think it's BS that the Tag Titles got shafted to WWE.com. If they'd cut out Kid Rock's performance (or hell, the battle royal all together) and Stone Cold's pointless beer bash (look, I'm a huge Stone Cold fan but I didn't care for unnecessary beer bashes when he was wrestling. But now that he's moving on and has made it fairly clear that he's done with wrestling, he didn't need to be taking up precious PPV time from up and coming stars), they would have had enough time for the Tag Match. In conclusion: *sigh*

What killed the Orton vs HHH match for me was the "If HHH gets dq'ed he loses the title" rule, as soon as that was announced last week on Raw i knew that match would suck balls and it did.

Here we go - You know, first time around watching MITB tonight I didn't like it, but within a hour I realized how awesome that match was and how amazing Shelton's spot was.
- Boy, I'm a admitted divas mark, But the battle royal SUCKED. I wish we would have gotten Entrances for the past divas.
- Legends match was okay, up until it was JUST Jericho and Steamboat, after that It was awesome, But I wasn't a fan of the Rourke thing, I was hoping for Austin TBH. - I did like the little send off they did for Stone Cold, it was a nice touch. - Rey vs JBL was....Rey vs JBL.
- The Triple Threat was....The Triple Threat.
- Michaels vs Taker was AMAZING, one of the best WWE matches in history, and I'm not scared to say that.
- Triple H vs Orton just screwed up the whole show, I could have swore there would have been some kinda run in or something, At one point the crowd looked over at the right side of the arena and started yelling, and at another spot it looked like someone was coming out, what was the deal here?
- I was also a big fan of Hardy vs Hardy, a great hardcore match, loved the ending.
All and All I'm glad we ordered it for the first time in 6 years, sure it wasn't the best show ever, and there was no surprizes, BUT IMO the good quality of most of the matchs made up for the misses.

Missed MITB, Diva Battle Royal and Jericho vs Legends, so I cant judge it, but the rest of the show just sucked top to bottom. HBK vs Taker didnt appeal to me at all. The only reason the match was half way interesting was because it was HBK and Taker. If it was Marty Jannetty and Sid Justice and every spot and move was done exactly the same, it would have been snooze fest

TRIPLE H, that main event was EN GARBAGE at best. Add a en stip, make it NO DQ like Austin/Rock at WM 17. Other than that the show was pretty decent.

The reality of the main event is just now really sinking in for me and I truly don't understand how WWE could be so moronic.
I agree, the stipulation just killed what was already an abysmal match. It should have been no disqualifications. It was way too personal not to be. It should have been bloody, despite the PG rating. If they did it with Flair, they could have done it here. There isn't a single shred of anything WWE did right in this match. It was just absolutely horribly wrong.
I understand the decision to put Triple H over, but even the win was totally lackluster and pointless. The crowd didn't care, the announcers didn't care. Nobody gave a damn, period.
