Idea 1.
I'm not a fan of the Suicide gimmick and I really don't think there is much that TNA can do with this character for him to not be just some side show act. I highly doubt he could be a credible champion and he will pretty much taint an already tainted XD title. I think at Destination X he should be part of the UX match, win, then take off his mask to show that it is Daniels. This would be a perfect way to bring him back and get rid of the Suicide gimmick to actually have a reason to have it in the first place. This way Daniels has the belt and he can be rehired because they don't want a holder of the title to not be on the roster. This can easily bring Daniels back, get the X-Division going a little bit, and get rid of the Suicide gimmick. Thus making the UX have MCMG, Lethal Consequences, and Suicide. (Maybe LAX as well.) This could potentially be one of the best Ultimate Xs. Lastly, don't have Kaz under the mask, because what would be his reasoning behind becoming Suicide? He absolutely has no reason. He was just about to the Main Event after an amazing match with Christian and then with Angle then he just quit. Becoming Suicide would have done nothing for him, making him look really dumb for "quiting" at his prime moment just to become a video game character. Daniels actually had something to gain by becoming Suicide (a way to come back and wrestle as Daniels).
Idea 2.
Have AJ win the Legends title, with Joe eventually winning the World and lead into a title unification match to get rid of the Legends title. If TNA were to have another title, it should be a midcard title. There are too many wrestlers on their roster that aren't main eventers or in the x-division, that need a belt.

Remove Suicide's mask to reveal Daniels.
Remove Abyss's mask to freshen him up.
Bring Shark Boy back without his mask to freshen him up to look like a new talent.
Put Morgan and Magnus together.
Sign at least three new X-Division wrestlers that would fit in the division (Burke, Paul London, Kenta Kobayashi)
Bring back Kaz into the Main Event.
Put the Beautiful People with someone else that is worth something, like a Main Eventer.
Move Angle to the X-Division (Have him say "I have nothing to prove." Then Foley or someone says "You've never proven yourself in the X-Division." This would then put some focus on the X-Division and finally give someone else the spotlight on the show in the Main Event.
Bring Nash into the Motor City Machineguns (he too is from Detroit), giving them a Muscle to the group. Shelly and Nash were great together.
Tracy obviously isn't a wrestler anymore, keep her in her current "position" as head of the knockouts.
Get rid of Don West. Keep him as a salesmen for Shop TNA. Add someone like Foley to the Announce table.
