If I'm not mistaken, that's also when he got the tights with the linking Bs.
That vest was a bit wierd... Not really needed for his face run, I don't even think he wore it the whole time.

in fairness he was a face long before he was the 90's heel.
But yeah, it looked funny, because he had just been a heel so why the sudden need to add more flames?
