Who were the members? Some places say it was Samu( as Sammy the Silkk) and his brother Lloyd (as L.A. Smooth), but others say its Samu & his cousin Matt Anoa'i a.k.a. Rosey (as Matty Smalls/Mack Daddy Kane)
Which is it? or was it perhaps all three?

In ECW, Rosey was definitely not a part of the tag team. I vaguely remember the Samoan Gangster Party's WWF run but I am not sure if Rosey was a part of it or not.
As far as I know and can remember, it was always Samu and LA Smooth(Lloyd)

I think Matt teamed with one of them in the indies doing the gimmick.
But in WWF and ECW it was Samu and Lloyd

I remember seeing them at a WWF house show, and their theme song was "Gangsta's Paradise" by Coolio.

I literally JUST watched an episode of Hardcore TV on 24/7 and Rosey most definately WAS out there with Sammy The Silk against the Gangstas I believe.

So...can anyone confirm its either Lloyd or Matt? After being away from the spotlight for a while Samu returns to the WWF in 1995. Samu along with his brother Lloyd Anoa'i were known as "The Samoan Gangster Party" with Samu being known as "Sammy the Silk" and Lloyd being "LA Smooth". The two men did not wrestle for the WWF but watched Fatu from afar as the former Headshrinker tried to turn himself into a positive rolemodel for kids on the street. The angle never went anywhere as the Samoan Gangster party never got in the ring or confronted Fatu before he was repackaged and the whole angle was dropped. But the Samoan Gangster Party did not end there, in 1996 they worked for Extreme Championship Wrestling feuding mainly with The Gangstas in a short but intense war between the two "Gangsta" factions Credit: Wikipedia

Yeah... that's wikipedia though.
In his early career, Anoa'i started out under the name Mack Daddy Kane, teaming with Sammy the Silk as the Samoan Gangsta Party. They had a brief stint in ECW in the summer of 1996, feuding with The Gangstas, as well as the Eliminators and the Bruise Brothers
also from wikipedia.
