I'm gonna laugh if Lashley was the mystery guy who gave Joe Advice

"As far as the other World Champion TNA promised, they did say they would begin to "unlock the identity" of that person at tonight's show. It looks like they were indeed teasing Taz. Before Samoa Joe came out to the Lockdown match, he was seen backstage speaking to someone getting what Mike Tenay called, last minute "instructions" for the match. Joe hit the ring and nailed a series of various suplexes - most of them being the signature suplexes of former ECW World Champion Taz."

and am i the only one that felt like this or did the live audience bring down the vibe of the show...for a philly show they weren"t too loud yeah half the appeal of the main event was that you had these two legends who are two of the most beloved babyfaces of modern times and the crowd was supposed to be all into it and choose their side and cheer their man and whatnot. instead they sat on their hands as a 43 year old and 50 year old busted each other open.

I see Lashley being "Tomko". You're not wild on him but he comes to TNA and you reliaze he's a good talent.

Oh god what a letdown... was so pumped for Lockdown and its just turned out to be a disappointment. I cannot take Mick Foley seriously as a champion, his time was done and for a fat 43 year old man to be the top guy in TNA over the more younger, talented and more stronger wrestlers just doesn't seem right. This isn't the 90's anymore, Foley winning that time was neat and well deserved, but for a guy who hasn't wrestled for a while now to have his first match and come out as champ is f*cking annoying.
Was hoping for Beer Money to win the Tag-Title domination match and excel them to be the Top Tag-Team in TNA, excel one of their own and make them feel legit, but they just get pushed aside for a Tag-Team that just didn't know when to stop and has been well-well established this just felt like a smack in the mouth for me. What does Team-3D get out of being the Champs again? NOTHING. Not to mention their match quality is dropping and they're getting fatter, its just stupid.
TNA hyped the crap out of Lockdown and they did a good job over the last weeks that have come by, Last weeks Impact was awesome and I was really getting into it..but it feels like they've ruined it for me.

I already knew no NJPW titles would have changed hands. Beer Money should have won though instead its just another number for 3D as opposed to possible money by passing the torch to right now the best tag team in America.

I can sympathize with both sides of the argument about Foley being champ. I'm not going to pick a side until we see what happens. HHH is atleast 40 now isn't he? So I don't think we can complain a whole bunch about age.. But the being in shape thing, I can agree with.
We can all agree that the crowd was pretty awful. The only pops I heard while watching was during the tables match, Awesome Kong's Earthquake dive, and Bobby Lashley. Foley winning the title could have been something more special and believable if the crowd would have been behind it.
Stevie Richards, while I do like him and can't wait to see him wrestle, still sucks as the 2nd debut. It's not really a debut, anyone who's ever watched wrestling before knew who Dr. Stevie was. I mean shit, call him Dr. Mormon or anything, the Stevie part just made it too obvious, and insulted the fans intelligence.
Those are my thoughts. Karma? No I really don't care about that stuff

Just got home.
Foley won, 3D won, the Phillies won, the Flyers won, and the Sixers won.
All in all, a good night to be in Philadelphia.

It was obvious though because neither match was considered an official title defense by NJPW.

Yeah, you have to be under 100kg (220lbs) to be in a Jr title match according to IWGP Title Rule. Hernandez is easily 300lbs.

Just got back to my hotel. As far as snowflakes go I would say Opener *** QOTC *1/2 IWGP Jr Tag Title ***1/2 DCOB **1/4 (ironically their best match together) Knockouts Title **3/4 to *** (the finish hurt it a lot) IWGP Title/TNA Tag Titles ***1/4 Lethal Lockdown ***1/2+ Foley/Sting **3/4
IWGP Jr Tag Title should have gotten more time. If it did, it could have been a MOTYC. Lethal Lockdown was very good but not as good as others. AJ's dive was insane (albeit stupid) but insane. I honestly liked Foley/Sting more than Horton at Mania 25 this year. An overall better show than Mania, but nothing came close to the greatness of Taker/Michaels.
As far as Foley as champion goes, I was OK with it. At least Foley shows up at house shows unlike Sting. Foley is also more likely to be willing to put someone over (Edge + Orton say hello.) I am hoping that Daniels is in for a main event push that he rightfully deserves and goes on to become the 4th triple crown champion in TNA.

I disagree with almost everything you said. Both the knockout matches and the Abyss match were horrible. They should have never happened. To me the show went from ok to crapback to ok to crapand it just continued to be bad. They just should have let Bonaduce wrestle on the main show. His match was better than at least three of the main show matches. One of the few positives were that my comp tickets were six rows from the ring. Overall I expected something much better.
