I also expected better. IWGP Jr Tag Titles + LL could have been GREAT contests but just remained as very good contests.
I thought that the first Knockouts match was the worst part of the night outside of Daffeny. The Knockouts title match though was good to me until the ending which just came off very poorly.
Hopefully the Morgan/Abyss matches are done. They just have no chemistry.
Hopefully Sacrifice improves.

Angelina Love new TNA KnockOut Champion.  Team 3D new TNA World Tag Team and IWGP World Tag Team Champions. Hell Yeah. About Bobby Lashley , i thought New ECW in WWE wasn't a World Championship , but i don't care , they needed to sell the signing , it's just marketing , blablabla... i don't care , i'm ok with him in TNA... so this means is he over with MMA? About Foley , he ALWAYS put someone over , so this time isn't going to be different , so not problem with that. |

Some quick points:
Team 3D as dual champions ==> Awesome, couldn't have gone any other way. I figured TNA wasn't courageous enough to try for another foreign title switch on their shows.
Foley as World Champion==> This is really strange, since I didn't think anyone would bank on Foley carrying the company with a title reign. But, we'll see how it turns out. I'm betting on a small, quick reign with him hot-shotting the strap back to Sting.
New signings==> Ridiculous. I told y'all you were dreaming if you thought Taz was coming.

I'm gonna give TNA credit here for what i thought was a very good ppv. It was what it was supposed to be...hardcore, and I think TNA delievered on that theme in all there matches. Factor in it was Philly and doing the smart business thing and getting over the hardcore faves like Foley, Team 3d, TNA put on a show that will definately mkae them more marketable in that area. To some degree i thought we'd see an ECW transformation. Shelley/Sabin winning was good, as was Suicide. The Jarret NON turn was very wise by TNA becasue of how blatantly obvious it was that he was gonna side with MEM, nice swerve. Lashley's appaerance was a definate mark out moment. Alot of people will make light of it using Lashley's past miscues, but there's no denying everybody was shocked as hell to see him show up. SO that was well done by TNA. The show was well paced through out which made the build up payoff, although Impact does need to tone down on the filler. Foley winning, was in my opinion very well done. I love sting but i;m so sick of seeing him with the title. This should add some intrigue to the MEM storyline a bit more.
That said, My only gripe is this. TNA still will not put their homegrown stars over. I understand it being in philly and giving guys like 3d and Foley the belts but when are guys like BM gonna be the starts...when are guys like AJ, or Daniels, who coincidentally cemented himself last night as a legit World champion contender, gonna get their shots. Perhaps this is TNA's way of keepin the stars at home...by dangling the carrots in front of them. But at some time They're gonna have to get off of WWE's coatails and start saying look we can do this on our own. Unless Vince owns part of TNA, which i still hold to some belief that that is true..crazy thinking or not:) Anyway, this ppv has me definately looking forward to Impact on thursday..and i hope they go more than two weeks without totally fn it up.
