Just stay in bed, you'll fall asleep sooner or later. If not, atleast rest your body so you aren't too tired. Don't give up and start doing things....

I have no problem falling back asleep, but my kids rarely let me.
Going to sleep on the other hand, is a big problem for me. I'm usually up until about 3 am then awake by 6:30, or 7 am.

lol. I think I have weirdo sleep pattern. I normally fell sleep around 2am in the bed, an dwoke again around 4am or so and couldn't back to sleep, which was annoying.
I also find it out difficult to sleep on Sunday night, really

I usually sleep 7-8 hours a night. Lately though it seems like I'm not really sleeping at night and my body's pretty much up and knows what I'm doing. It's like I'm controlling myself while I should be sleeping. It's kind of hard to explain but it's starting to bother me.

if you keep waking up at the same time its part of your sleep pattern. your body always tends to wake up at the same time each day. I know for me when I have 8 oclock classes all week during school its hard not to wake up for 8 during the summer. -abcs
