i'm with rickety cricks, I immediately noticed that tenay and west barely had a reaction to the announcement of Daniels. it was disapointing to hear.

Um........ do you want a recording of how he said it? I don't need a recording of it - I've got it on DVD. Thanks for offering though. Also, TNA can't win. You guys want them to push young guys/bring in non-wwe guys/bring Daniels back. Then when you get it you're not happy? Seriously, you guys are complaining for the sake of complaining. You're an idiot. No one said they were unhappy that he's back. People may be unhappy with how he was BROUGHT IN so randomly. Ever think of that?

But it was so bad, it wasnt even funny. The announcers couldn't even care. I'm not talking to ya then am I. Also, I feel everyone did it right. They let the moment speak for it's self instead of jumping up and down "ZOMG IS DANIELS ZLOLZ". Honestly, they was screwed either way. Had West/Tenay screamed and jumped up and down people would say it ruined it... and they say they ruined it this way. I don't get it anymore.

If they let it set in a little, then acted surprised to see Daniels it would have been perfect... they should take notes on how WWE does returns... they handle it perfectly. Silence a bit and then excited... not silence then just talking normally, moving on with the storyline.

They was screwed either way. Because, people always talk about how West/Tenay "over-react". Had they jumped up and down and wet them self - people would complain that they over-reacted.. and now they under-reacted? I don't get it anymore and I'm tired of trying to understand it.

You do know there is a medium between over reacting and under reacting right? And at least for Christian's return Todd had an excited tone for a bit.

The difference between Christian and Daniels is that they announced Daniels, Christian just interrupted a promo.

Christian sucks, that's why it was done very subtle-y. Christian was never a big-time WWE guy. Daniels, on the other hand, has a LOT of history with TNA. Why bring him back on some fluke victory against Angle?

Tenay and West dont know when to shut the hell up to allow a moment to develop nor do they know when to say something to accentuate a moment. Case and point tonight

The only thing I wish they would've done was not announce his name before his music played. It would've been more exciting to not know who it was and then the music plays and big surprise. That would've gave reason for Tenay and West to act excited.
