TNA officialy owns WWE.
I can't imagine how bad TNA would be if it broke up unless it was done in a much better manor than WWE. How wold you feel if TNA broke into 2 or 3 brands? Would it be better or worse overall?

I believe the word you were looking for is owes, not owns.
Not to mention, you'd have to actually be a brand in order to have a brand split.

LMAO at the first line.
They'd need 2 or 3 times as many washed up vets to hog the main event of an extra brand or two... there aren't too many free agents whose credentials span back to the Monday Night Wars so I'm afraid it's not possible.

If your definition of "owns" is To lack the ability to hire good writers and push their own talent, then yes, TNA owns WWE.

I don't think they could survive with 2 shows just yet, maybe in the future but I don't think so

2 shows wouldn't work for TNA. I think not only would they not utilize talent, they would just not have good shows because they just wouldn't know what to do.

If they had a brand split, that would mean four hours of TV per week. Honestly, two hours of TNA per week is more than anyone should have to endure. Unless you're using it as punishment for a hostage, four hours of TNA television per week should never be seen.

Apparently, Jimmy, TNA owns WWE because WWE has brand splits...
I don't really get the idea, either, but whatever.

The Draft episode of RAW will get bigger ratings then the next episode of iMPACT... therefore WWE owns TNA... just saying.

tna's roster would have to double in order for a draft to be even a consideration

My brother said it best a few weeks ago. He said when watching TNA he feels like he's watching a documentary because of how much guys talk about what they did in WWE, WCW or ECW.

I guess i'll leave this open, for discussion about a hypothetical TNA draft?
If it becomes anything more/less... it's getting locked.

If TNA broke into brands it would have to be TNA trying to be WCW pre-200 and trying to be WCW 01-02. Seriously, what a horrible idea.
Although it being one means TNA will probably do it.

They don't have a big enough roster to separate into two brands.

I'm pretty sure if they added a second show on TV, it would just be Inside The Actors Studio, but with their roster instead of interesting people.
