I never got 2k5 when it was out originally, but after hearing how great it was..I went out and bought it for 99 cents, used. Best 99 cents I've ever spent.
The game is seriously awesome. Even today, it's damn fun. Especially since I've updated the rosters to be 2008 rosters.
All Pro Football 2k8, on the other hand I didn't like as much.

There are ways to just download roster save files. It's especially easy if you are playing the PS2 version on a Backwards Compatible PS3.

NFL 2K5 in my opinion was the best football game ever made, hands down. I think Madden for the 360/PS3 is awful. I still prefer the PS2 version, and it's a main reason why I haven't bothered upgrading to a new system. Madden is better on the PS2 to me aswell, though I have a 360. Im still now playing NFL 2k5 |
