Let's post some of the best matches from the old Nitro days. My all time favorite has to be this tag match:
Crowd going nuts. Hogan, Goldberg, Nash, Flair... Just intense!

I honestly cant remember crap about WCW except Shane O’mac appearing at WCW while Vince was at Raw. That was a CRAZY!!!! Moment in wrestling history!
Another one would have to be when Alundra Blayze tossed the Women’s Championship in a trash can… LOL I bet she regrets that!

I cannot find a full video of it but definitely the Nitro from 97 when it was Hogan vs. Luger. I remeber this match because when I was a kid I figured out that titles usual don't change hands on the weekly shows (World Titles I mean). But when that match happened I was convinced as I was a kid that any title could change hands on any given night!

As much as I don't like to see it, Goldberg vs Hogan for the WCW title.

Not the best match, but still a classic when I think of WCW. Goldberg vs. Giant 1998.
I hate the Bam Bam part at the end, that was really bad booking IMO. The crowd went nuts and so did I at home when I saw what Goldberg did and that should have been it- but Bam Bam comes out and it takes away from the amazing Jackhammer moment.
Edit: just noticed all the vids posted are matches with Goldberg in lol

Yea Goldberg just gave a lot of matches a big match feel, thats probably why. Here is a favorite moment of mine.

When Sid said 'I have half a mind'... to Nash and Hall.
Hilarious.

I love this match for some reason. Great addition to the thread, man. Proves that Goldberg could go, with the right opponent.

On topic: My favorite Nitro moment, not match, has to be this:

Any lucha stuff, especially some of the tag matches from the last few Nitros on 24/7.

Watching an episode of Nitro was probably more of a match itself than any thing on WCW programming

WCW had a horrible habit of killing a match/moment with some form of interference. So stupid.

This is one of my all time favorite matches for the fact that this to me is what austin/taker was like to wwf. This should have main evented a ppv

This is one of my all time favorite matches for the fact that this to me is what austin/taker was like to wwf. This should have main evented a ppv Goldberg vs Hogan should have main evented a PPV too. It should have main evented Starrcade, but it was wasted on a Nitro. That was WCW for you.
