I'd go for Young, since at least there is a small chance of building a team around him.

I guess I'd take Young. He's got more years left in him than Favre, and wouldn't have the same PR effect Vick would.
It depends on the team around him though.

If Titans are smart they will hang on to Young because we all know Collins is not the long term answer at the QB position. Titans are a well built team the next time Vince gets a chance and I think he will shine.

Here's another ranking done by Sporting News: www.sportingnews.com/yourturn/viewtopic.php?t=556480Head Coaches1. Bill Belichick 2. Tom Coughlin 3. Andy Reid 4. Jeff Fisher 5. Mike Tomlin As a side note, my dad resembles Jeff Fisher a lot. The black hair and mustache. It's striking.

Wade Phillips is better than Jack Del Rio and Lovie Smith now? I also find it slightly funny they have Childress at 11 for making his team better every year yet Gary Kubiak is at 22 despite doing the same thing. Or even Mike Singletary, who I love, who only coached a little more then half a season.

To be fair, Phillips made some great defensive calls late in the season.

To be fair, Phillips made some great defensive calls late in the season. He's an excellent defensive coordinator, but what has he really done as a head coach (in recent years) that the other two haven't? Particularly Lovie Smith?

Well, he's led the Cowboys to a 22-10 record. I'm not trying to defend him, because Coughlin's number 2. I couldn't give a crapwhere anyone else is. But I can see why he's at 15.

Vince Young supposedly said that if he isn't starting this year, it might be time for a change, which is odd because a month or so ago he said "I don't care if I play, I'll get paid for practicing"

Jeff Fisher should blatantly be top-2. Come awn now. No one has done more with less than him.
And Andy Reid is a giant, over-rated, horrible decision-making douche.

Coughlin deserves the number 2 spot. 4 straight years in the playoffs and a Superbowl Win.

I don't think it was Coughlin's fault they lost. Eli simply didn't make plays when he needed to in that game. The defense was playing to conservatively, it just went wrong. I'd like to spark up a debate with you Kliquid, in order to practice for the season when we will no doubt be arguing over various NFC East topics. I'm saying Steve Smith is the best receiver in the NFCE and the best slot receiver in the NFC.
