If it's one year, good. I want a Giant DB to be the last one to catch a Favre pass before he retires, like in the 07-08 playoffs. Corey Webster had that honor, until Favre's raggedy ass decided to return. You know as well as anyone else that follows football that Farve will drag this out JUST like in Green Bay and JUST like in New York. Madden is gonna be pissed that he has to come back though.

Man, so this is gonna be one hell of a season. It looks like Favre's gonna be a Viking, finally. If there is truth to that article posted on the last page, I'm glad they're keeping Booty. I'm a huge fan of is, and hope he can have a future after Favre leaves. I honestly am not confident with Sage, and I feel T-Jack if better than him. I'd rather the depth chart next year be Favre, Jackson, Booty, with Sage gone. But, considering they just signed in and spent the money...I don't see that happening. Sucks Booty is gonna have to change his number though.

Harrison is hardly worth a roster spot at this point.

Who are you going to root for this year? The Vikes or the Pats? Or whichever team has a higher record?

Harrison is hardly worth a roster spot at this point. Depends on the team, the price and the need.

Who are you going to root for this year? The Vikes or the Pats? Or whichever team has a higher record? Don't even start with that. I have to explain this on here, and other places too, so many times. I am a fan of both the Vikings and the Patriots. Despite actually living in New England, I've been a Vikings fan longer than I have actually been a Patriots fan. I got into watching football as a Vikes fan. Then, I instinctively began rooting for the Patriots shortly after. (This was probably like 1999, btw). tbh, I consider myself probably more of a Vikings fan. Sometimes its 'easier' to be a Pats fan, as I get to see every game on TV. But I catch every Vikings game I can, and follow them very closely thanks to the internet. Throughout the season, I root for both teams. I want both to go into the playoffs, and both of them to get to the Super Bowl. If there ever was a Super Bowl between the two teams, I'd be sitting there in my Adrain Peterson jersey, hoping they win. But, if the Patriots win, that's okay. I'd be a bit upset, since I just haven't ever seen a Vikings Super Bowl win, but seen all of the Patriots. So, I'd want them to win. Plus, I don't see why so many people have a problem with me rooting for two teams. What's the big deal, really?

Granted, their in different conferences, but it just seems whacked to me. Oh well.

Well, that's exactly it. They're in two different conferences. That makes it a whole lot easier. I can root for both of them, all the way up to the SB. I just would have to pick to root for only one if they were in the same conference, tbh.

I root for teams using the Highlander rule: There can only be one!

I root for more than one team. HOWEVER, the Jets will always take precedence over any other team and will never cheer for a team that can harm them.

What's the big deal, really? I don't really have a problem with it. It's very weird though. I could understand if you were a Vikes fan and liked the Patriots a little.. but I don't see how a person can have strong allegiances to 2 teams. To each their own i guess tho.

I finally caught the first episode of Joe Buck Live. Favre interview could have been better. I thought Joe was pretty lax there. But the crapwith Artie Lange.....OMG! What a jackass. I cant believe he lit that cigarette. I wont be sad the day he dies.
