I liked Billy Gunn, so I wouldn't mind him back tbh.

No good way of putting this, but i was a huge Mr Ass fan!
But that was years ago, we dont need that again, also after the comments him and raod dogg made on shoot interviews about HHH and Shawn Michales, and the skits with TNA about Vince and the WWE, i cant see him getting back.
Might be interesting to see him as a manager or some thing, but if they did sign him it will more than likly be the some backstage role.

Maybe it's the fact that over and over and over WWE tried to make something out of him besides a tag team wrester who says "we got two words for ya" and put him over the entire roster to try and make it happen, and you could hear a pindrop during his entrance and matches. As Mick Foley put it in Foley is Good "There are no bad intentions in wrestling (except for the ocassional Billy Gunn solo push)". oh and Gunn is the classic example of a guy who just blows up in the ring after a few minutes. He's sucking wind when forced to go at a decent speed. I can't think of one singles match he ever had that I would call legitamitely above average. As expected, you took the words right out of my mouth. If anyone could put it better...it would have to be Edge. Billy Gunn is a waste of money. He's just going to Billy Gunn his push again, anyway. <3 i was waiting for the Billy Bitchcakes line I remembered so well, and the ending did not disapoint. I also remember Edge tearing X-Pac to shreds in similar fashion, which was bittersweet because I kinda like X-Pac. But noting "Just because you hang out with cool people, doesn't make you cool" was tremendous.

I'm actually happy about this. If they can get Waltman off drugs for 2 minutes, and Road Dogg to agree, and pay Billy whatever it takes to work with HHH...we could have the ultimate DX. All past their prime of course..if they ever even had one. But cool for nostalgia if anything else.

It'll be hard to get Road Dogg.. since he's under a TNA contract and I'm pretty sure he would rather be paid to be an agent than to work 200 days a year wrestling.

After all that stuff He's said about Vince and WWE?
Would only be worth it if they got Road Dogg and X Pac aswell.

I liked Billy Gunn, but grew tired of him eventually. Don't know what he could achieve in the WWE as he's not over enough to be a main-eventer, not good enough to help the younger talent and already had very midcard belt and already has been Tag champion 10+ times.

I don't get why people still live in the past this isn't 1998 that was 11 years ago them reforming D-X would suck and do nothing for no one.
However i liked the idea of teaming him with haas hey wait a tick...didnt they time a few years back on smackdown?

I want him back just so I can hear the edited version of "Ass Man" blaring over the speaker in the PG WWE as good ole Bad Butt Billy Gunn makes his way to the ring.
"I'M A BUTT MAN!"

Well it seems WWE is pretty much Billy Gunning themselves as it is currently, without Billy Gunn. So it makes since for them to hire Billy Gunn, so at least they can justify their Billy Gunning.
