Nice to see "Chris Hammers" being used again, he disapeared for awhile, was he injured? Teaming with Kenny King is awesome. The show was well written and the diary is still one of the more original ones going. I think it's fair to say this is your longest going diary and definitely your best. C'Mon Vegas!

...PRESENTS: NWL LIVE! New York, NY 10/22/09 - 7:00 PM Attendance: 4,103
We are back in my hometown of New York City for some more bone-crunching NWL action! I'm Jimmy Pietrafesa, as always, and tonight, the New York Crush to improve their lead on the Eastern Conference and where better than at home! We are inching closer to the playoffs and after tonight, there is only 17 more shows until the playoffs begin! Let's kick off the night folks!
vs. Match #1; Brian Thompson [Chicago Warriors] vs. Kevin Shamrock [Tri-State Evolution] - After 11:42 of action, Brian Thompson finally broke the defeated streak that the Warriors were on, here tonight, following the Roll The Dice on Shamrock in a solid opener. These two connected pretty well in the ring and the crowd was actually really into it. Thompson looked at his best since the Best of the Best and this was a huge win for Chicago!
vs. Match #2; Trace Demon & Chris Hammers [Las Vegas Blitz] vs. Jason Williams & Red Dragon [Los Angeles Most Wanted] - After 25:43 of action, in some solid tag team action in front of the New York crowd, Trace Demon was able to put the final nail in LA's coffin following a Demonstration of Hell on Red Dragon. Hammers seemed a TAD off in the match, but Demon was able to pick up his slack here and get the win for Las Vegas. Williams has not lived up to expectations this year and he has been the butt end of Los Angeles.
vs. Match #3; Evan Pagano [New York Crush] vs. Cameron Stone [Boston Brawlers] - After 21:34 of action, the Boston Brawlers continued their winng ways against the crowd, when Cameron Stone caught Pagano with an extremely quick Cam Slam and got the pinfall. Stone was booed the entire match, but he was able to keep Pagano from using the air to his advantage. Stone really drilled him down with that Cam Slam and Pagano walked awkwardly to the back afterward. He seemed fine though.
- Intermission -
- Pagano was helped to the back by Stone, who seemed to be apologizing the whole way up. Pagano didn't look too bad, just out of it I believe.
- Tune in to the Roundup this week, where the playoff schedule is released to the public! Also, as usual, the top 10 of the week and the minor league report folks!
vs. Match #4; Matt Justice & Duan Sanchez Jr. [Tri-State Evolution] vs. Ace Bennett & Devin Curtis [Los Angeles Most Wanted] - After 24:55 of action, Los Angeles was able to redeem themselves for their loss earlier in the night, after Devin Curtis caught Matt Justice off-guard and nailed a stunning superkick and got the victory. Bennett looked absolutely like magic tonight and he was dazzling the crowd throughout. These four really clicked and it was a pleasure watching this one!
- Following the match, a four man handshake occured.
vs. Match #5; LyNN [Chicago Warriors] vs. Tim Smith [Boston Brawlers] - After 23:12 of action, LyNN was able to cool down the scorching Tim Smith and Boston, and in the process, also pick up the second win of the night for Chicago, following a beautiful Springboard Tornado DDT. This was another match where the chemistry was there and the crowd was on the edge of their seats. Some excellent action in this one and it was a surprise to see Tim Smith take a loss.
vs. Match #6; Kevin Hart [New York Crush] vs. Kenny King [Las Vegas Blitz] - After 21:26 of action, in an excellent technical main event, Kevin Hart took one home for New York, in New York tonight, following a Sharpshooter and King submitting. Hart looked his best since the beginning of the month and King really stood no chance in this one. Hart had the crowd on their feet until he got the victory and then they were able to celebrate with one of the best in the game!
- We return to my home, New York City, on the 22nd of November and we see you next 2 days from now, when we return to Chicago! Goodnight everyone!

Nice show man. Sad to see Dragon and Williams lose their matches, but glad LA got momentum back when Ace and Curtis won. Best of 5 series sounds good because we have probably the best tri-fecta in NWL with Ace/Dragon/Curtis. Keep it up.

Fantastic main event choice between myself & Kenny King. I'm a huge King fan so this is great. Can't wait for the playoffs and love that I'm back on track after a small slump and got the win in NY.

...PRESENTS: NWL LIVE! Chicago, IL 10/24/09 - 1:00 PM Attendance: 3,572
We are back in Chicago on a beautiful fall afternoon for NWL action! The season is starting to quickly winding down and this is the time for Chicago to push ahead in front of their fans! I'm Jimmy Pietrafesa and today, we will having one hell of a day here in Chicago! Get yourself ready for ACTION!
vs. vs. Match #1; Steve Corino [Boston Brawlers] vs. Matt Justice [Tri-State Evolution] vs. Evan Pagano [New York Crush] - After 16:22 of action, to kick us off with a rockin' triple threat, Steve Corino continued Boston's winning streak here, in a battle of the Eastern Conference, following an Old School Lariat that caught Matt Justice. All three of these guys have been pretty good as of late, but Corino emerged the best out of all. Crowd was digging the amount of action in the match and it was a solid opener!
vs. Match #2; Kenny King [Las Vegas Blitz] vs. Devin Curtis [Los Angeles Blitz] - After 19:01 of action, the Blitz were able to overcome the almighty Most Wanted, after Kenny King nailed the King's Coronation, a move we haven't seen for sometime and got the 3 count. Curtis seemed a BIT off his game tonight and King looked like he was back in the beginning of the season. The crowd even found themselves rooting for King and it definitely paid off.
vs. Match #3; Brian Thompson [Chicago Warriors] vs. Duan Sanchez Jr. [Tri-State Evolution] - After 16:53 of action, Duan Sanchez Jr. gave the crowd something they didn't want to see, a loss for their team, following a massive SGM from the top. Thompson looked liked half the man that preformed two nights ago in New York and Sanchez Jr. looked like the second coming of christ in the ring out there, or atleast Thompson made him look like that. Disappointing match between these two.
- Intermission -
- A NWL official announced that tonight's main event will feature a 6 man elimination match! All 6 teams will be participating in the extravaganza!
- A reminder that the trading deadline is on October 31st, Halloween night!
vs. Match #4; Cameron Stone [Boston Brawlers] vs. Mike Bockwinkel [New York Crush] - After 15:32 of action, the jammed-packed crowd in Chicago was treated to yet another Boston win here in this one, after Cameron Stone caught one of his better friends, Bockwinkel, with the Cam Slam. These two had a ton of chemistry in the ring and the crowd appreciated the efforts of both men definitely. Bockwinkel was just doing some random stuff during and he has officially gone mental!
- Following his win, Cameron Stone tried to snap Bockwinkel out of his craziness. All Bockwinkel said that Stone had no right to come aboard his ship and now he must walk the plank. Stone just rolled out of the ring and walked to the back.
vs. vs. Match #5; Assassin [Chicago Warriors] vs. Trace Demon [Las Vegas Blitz] vs. Red Dragon [Los Angeles Most Wanted] - After 26:10 of action, in an excellent triple threat match that showcased the Western Conference, Red Dragon was able to win this battle of captains and scored a victory for the Most Wanted. Dragon finished Assassin off with the Red Dragon Driver, as Demon was left down in the ring from a brutal Assassin's Way. The Chicago fans were starting to get rowdy definitely and started to boo heavily when Assassin lost ANOTHER match.
- Intermission -
- Some security had to restrain a few fans from the arena who were getting very rowdy. I wouldn't mess with these Chicago fans as they want to see their team definitely win!
vs. vs. vs. vs. vs. Match #6; LyNN [Chicago Warriors] vs. Chris Hammers [Las Vegas Blitz] vs. Ace Bennett [Los Angeles Most Wanted] vs. Tim Smith [Boston Brawlers] vs. Kevin Shamrock [Tri-State Evolution] vs. Kevin Hart [New York Crush] - After 29:04 of action, in a big six pack elimination match here, Ace Bennett was the man who emerged victorious following his elimination of Chris Hammers. This match was jammed packed with some of the best in the NWL today and the crowd was even more upset after LyNN was eliminated. Here is the order of elimination:
1. Kevin Shamrock (by LyNN) 2. LyNN (by Chris Hammers) 3. Kevin Hart (by Hammers) 4. Tim Smith (by Ace Bennett) 5. Chris Hammers (By Bennett)
- We return to Chicago, the windy city, on the 11th of November and we see you next 4 days from now in Las Vegas! Goodnight everyone!

The main event seemed pretty awesome, I love multiple man matches so you can probably guess I have been loving NWL lately, lol. Bockwinkel is honestly scaring the hell out of me, lol. Such a confusing guy. Glad I'm okay after my match with Stone, had me worried.
Keep it up!

...PRESENTS: NWL LIVE! Las Vegas, NV 10/28/09 - 8:30 PM Attendance: 3,410
I hope you all are in gambling moods as we are set to take some bets here in the NWL! I'm Jimmy Pietrafesa, as always, and tonight folks, the Blitz look to move into playoff contention in front of their home crowd. Will they be able to pass Chicago tonight or will they fail to move up in front of their home crowd?
vs. Match #1; Cameron Stone & Steve Corino [Boston Brawlers] vs. Devin Curtis & Jason Williams [Los Angeles Most Wanted] - After 15:19 of action, to open up the night, Devin Curtis put Los Angeles back on the winning side of things here tonight, after nailing a double 450 splash to both Corino & Stone. Williams nailed Stone with a psycho driver and Corino was put down with a German. The double 450 proceeded and Los Angeles got the victory!
vs. Match #2; Matt Justice [Tri-State Evolution] vs. Brian Thompson [Chicago Warriors] - After 16:41 of action, Matt Justice found his winning ways again here tonight, after putting Brian Thompson down with a Double Underhook Powerbomb. Justice had been slumping for a bit before tonight, but he really looked well in this one and easily put down Thompson, which got a nice hand from the audience, as they want to see Chicago lose.
vs. Match #3; Chris Hammers [Las Vegas Blitz] vs. Kevin Hart [New York Crush] - After 23:46 of action, in one of the better matches in recent memory, Chris Hammers put the crowd in a frenzy after he defeated the second best ranked wrestler in the NWL, following a Bloddrush that barely got a three count. Hart fought hard in the match, but he seemed to be no match for the extremely hot and huge Chris Hammers, who has become one of the best as of late.
- Intermission -
- It was announced that on Halloween night in Los Angeles, all matches will be "gimmicked" and that Tom Diamond will be eligible to return. Nobody knows what kind of matches to expect, but nothing will be normal!
- The Best of the Best 2009 DVDs come out in the first week of November!
vs. Match #4; Kevin Shamrock [Tri-State Evolution] vs. Assassin [Chicago Warriors] - After 16:12 of action, the Famine Driver was the end for Assassin, who lost yet again, this time to Kevin Shamrock, captain of the Evolution. The crowd went absolutely nuts again after the Evolution was able to defeat Chicago for the second time tonight and Shamrock picked up a win in one of his better matches of the year.
vs. Match #5; Tim Smith [Boston Brawlers] vs. Ace Bennett [Los Angeles Most Wanted] - After 26:59 of action, in the best match of the night and one of the best of the year, Tim Smith was actually able to escape with an upset over Ace Bennett, who seemed to catch fire over the past few shows. Smith caught Bennett with two STOs in a row, which finally put the best down and Smith looked awesome. The crowd was stunned to see Ace lose, but also very happy as that opens the door for a Blitz move up.
- After the match, Ace extended his hand to Smith and they shook on it. Ace kept saying next time to Smith while he celebrated his victory!
vs. Match #6; Kenny King & Trace Demon [Las Vegas Blitz] vs. Evan Pagano & Mike Bockwinkel [New York Crush] - After 22:10 of action, the Crush 'crushed' all hopes of a Blitz sweep here tonight following The Calling from Evan Pagano to Kenny King. This match was surprising because going in, you'd think that the Blitz would have this one wrapped up, but it was contrary, as Bockwinkel & Pagano both looked excellent and they were able to stun the crowd. No crazy antics from Bockwinkel either, just good wrestling!
- We see you folks next on Halloween Night in Los Angeles and we return to Las Vegas for the final time of the season on November 27th!
