I'm thinking of getting one of these two games for the PS3. Which one is better in your guy's opinion.

I haven't played 2K9, but 09 is fantastic, you can't go wrong with it.

2K9 has a large learning curve and is honestly not as good as 2K8.
You're better off with 09 if you want pick up and play fun.

09 is far and away better than 2K9... the only thing I liked about 2K is the Zamboni thing. Other than that it's just way too arcadey.
