The Pyro goes off (You should know how this goes by now)
Matthew Werner: Welcome to Loaded. I’m Matthew Werner and this is my broadcast partner Matt Steel.
Matt Steel: We’re just one week away from Battleground.
Matthew Werner: And we still don’t know half of the participates in that big main event.
Matt Steel: I expect we’ll find out tonight.
Matthew Werner: But why wait so long?
Matt Steel: Drama Matthew, it’s all about the drama.
The opening Loaded fireworks display comes to a close as the beginning of "Miseria Cantere" fills the arena. There is no smoke, no fancy entrance, as Yukio Blaze comes out to a standing ovation, but he is sporting some bling, in the form of WFWF Championship belts. Yukio has the Hardcore and International Belts strapped around his waist and a Tag Team belt around each shoulder. He slaps the hands of a few lucks fans at ringside, then he enters the ring. He walks to the one corner and the ring attendant hands him a microphone. Yukio taps his fingers on the mic and starts to talk.
Yukio Blaze: I bet you weren't expecting me to open Loaded.
The fans basically go batsh*t crazy.
Yukio Blaze: As you all can notice, I'm note quite alone tonight. I have with me some of my accomplishments that I've earned over my tenure in the WFWF. I have with me the Hardcore, International, and Tag Team Championships that I've won, but I've brought them out here to basically tell a little story and this story will begin with the Tag Team Championships.
Yukio tucks the microphone into his pants as he raises both Tag Team belts into the air, before unbuckling them and putting them flat on the mat. Yukio takes the microphone back out.
Yukio Blaze: These are the very first championships that I ever won in the WFWF. I manged to do the unthinkable and become the first man to win the tag team titles by his lonesome. I was supposed to have a partner in Miguel Sanchez in this match, but he decided to leave me high and dry and I made history in that match. Now, I won that match by defeating Thunder and Kurt Burton, The Revolution at the time and now The Axis I guess or where, or at least I think there done for. I'm not really sure. To damn complicated I guess. From that night on, Thunder, Burton, and the rest of the guys that were left from the Regime era were just a little more pissed at me, simply because I was always supposed to be the "loser"guy.
Yukio unbuckles the International championship and puts it over his shoulder.
Yukio Blaze: I lost those tag team belts a few months later in a handicap match against Tha CBT and EBR. I never got a rematch for the titles, so it was dust in the wind. So I sat back looking for a new claim and it was this title, the International Title. Josh Dean had it, then Thunder captured it, leading to me challenging for it at Survival of the Fittest. Thunder got his payback from the tag team title loss as he defeated me at Survival of the Fittest and retained his championship, but he also won the Survival of the Fittest tournament, giving him a future WFWF World Title shot. So two weeks removed from Survival of the Fittest, I was granted a last chance opportunity for this championship and I won that match, along with the International championship. I ended up losing it a month or so later at Scars and Stripes to Johnny Valentine and that night, Thunder became World Champion. A loss for me, but a gain for him.
Yukio places the International Title on the mat with the Tag Titles.
Yukio Blaze: I never got another chance at the International Title and so the only payback I got for losing it, was taking the Hardcore Title off of Valentine on the next Loaded. Nothing ever came from it as I was the Hardcore title was stripped from me..
Yukio throws the Hardcore Title on the mat and it lands face down.
Yukio Blaze: I've told this story tonight because it goes to show even if you have won Championships, in the long run, it basically doesnt matter. What matters is that you can contain the virus, but it will pop up sooner or later in another area. I'm referring to EBR and the XWA. EBR has his quest for the World Championship, which I was challenging for when he was gone, and that Alex and DGX has the Tag Titles. I would not be surprised if they spray painted XWA on them. Then there is Thunder, Trace, Saku, and whoever else they got on their side. Of sick of all this. I'm sick of all these guystrying to ruin this business and more frankly, the legacy of some of the WFWF greats from the past. The ZMaster's, the Johnny Michaels, and all the others. I've been trying to do what is good, but I still get knocked on my ass. I say no more. From this night on, even if this is a last hurrah of sorts, I'm going to bring the WFWF back to the old days, where everyone has a chance and there isnt a golden child or that one ruler. I want it to go back to when everyone had a fair chance.
Now with that said, I have no team as of this day for Battleground and I cant say that I will have anyone to side with me, but what I can tell you is that I will make history from now, until then, until way after the event and so now I'm going to put something down on the table that Thunder and Trace can stew upon. I propose the Wargames match to be even more deadlier, I propose you Thunder put the World Championship on the line and whoever scores the winning pinfall in that match, will not only win for his or her team, but walk away as the number one contender to the World Championship. EBR has a claim, I have a claim, and nine other guys should have a claim for it. Make it happen Thunder. Let everyone have a fair chance...
The fans cheer as Yukio drops the mic and jumps up on the top rope with his hands raised in the air. Thunder walks out onto the stage, looking less than happy with Yukio.
Thunder: You want the winner to have the next shot at me. You've got it.
Thunder drops his microphone and walks to the back as Loaded goes to a commercial.
Matthew Werner: Well, lets get another addition of Loaded off to a start with J-Man Swift making his debut against Jon O'Deeves.
Matt Steel: Maybe we should have musical guests like WSX. Its beats hanging with you.
Matthew Werner: WSX? We all know how well that turned out, don't we.
Keri Thames: Already inside the ring, from Long Island, New York. Jon O'Deeves
J-Man Swift runs around yelling, "Im Generic" to the fans while giving them the high five. The fans sing along with the song and in much anticipation of the Generic One. J-Man steps in the ring by going by climbing on the turnbucks, yelling, "Party Time Excellent!" with the chorus of the song then stepping in the ring. He awaits the presence of one Jon O'Deeves.
J-Man locks up with O'Deeves, the man who proclaims to be 1-0. O'Deeves pushes J-Man to a mild amount of heat from the fans. J-Man pushes him back with few cheers. Both men begin a push-up, back and forth. But this stops when O'Deeves lays a stiff punch on J-Man.
J-Man turns and connects with a huge right hand to the chin. O'Deeves goes for a punch, but misses and is rolled up.
...1...2...NO!...
O'Deeves kicks out and turns over and J-Man hits a sick looking leg drop onto the back of the head of O'Deeves. O'Deeves isn't moving, as J-Man backs off at the referee's request. The referee checks on O'Deeves and discovers that he is hurt. O'Deeves begins to stir. You can see red liquid dripping from his nose, as he walks over to J-Man and The Generic One hits a drop toe hold. He then quickly goes to the the top rope. He jumps off and Bamf! He attempts the the double stomp to the back of the head, but Odeeves moves out of the way, before connecting with the Northern Light's Suplex.
...1...2...3...
Matthew Werner: And its over, Oddeves pulls off a victory here tonight.
Matt Steel: Too bad it wasn't an impressive one.
In short tag team action, High Horror and Aaron Ashton took the fight through the crowd, leaving Drake Legend to roll Ace Bennett up for the win. Aaron Ashton blasted High Horror with a trash can at the top of the crowd area, sending High Horror falling down a set of steps.
Matthew Werner: Holy crap, High Horror could have broken his neck falling down those steps.
Matt Steel: He shouldn’t have taken the fight up there then.
Trace Demon is sitting backstage, talking on the phone when Thunder kicks the door open. Trace puts the phone down, and stares at Thunder.
Trace Demon: You could have just used the handle you know.
Thunder: There's no drama in that.
Trace Demon: Of course not. What can I do for you, we've both got matches we should be preparing for.
Thunder: I want to know who our fourth man is for Battleground. You promised me that you'd find someone.
Trace Demon: And I have.
Thunder: Is it Chuck Norris?
Trace Demon: Our budget wouldn't go that far.
Thunder: It wouldn't go so far as to cover a single Chuck Norris roundhouse kick? One of those and we'd win instantly.
Trace Demon: Chuck Norris is extremely busy you know.
Thunder: Doing what?
Trace Demon: Being Chuck Norris. Thats a full time job you know.
Thunder: Just find someone.
Trace Demon: I cant promise they'll be as cool as Chuck Norris.
Thunder: Nobody ever could be.
In what was supposed to be a epic match up, it turned out to be a complete dud. Within the few three minutes of the match, Shadow sent both himself and Sanchez over the top rope, crashing down on the floor, resulting in the ref to count them both out. Neither wanted back in the ring, but it was nothing more than a double count out.
Matthew Werner: Well, I guess we don’t have a winner.
Matt Steel: Really Matthew, how’d you come to that conclusion?
Matthew Werner: Wait, what the hell is this?
Calvin Lee jumps over the security barrier and nails Reverend Shadow from behind, before delivering a DDT on the floor. Calvin Lee walks backstage with a sick grin on his face.
“With this fire plays, as Kurt walks with deadly intent towards the ring. Microphone in hand. He slides underneath the ropes, and a hush falls over the crowd.
Kurt Burton: Even though it pains me, let’s take a look at last week.
On the screen, we see images of Thunder doing dastardly deeds to Wayne and his family, and of Thunder rolling Kurt up.
1…
2…
3!
Thunder bails, and Kurt looks after him in disgust.
Kurt Burton: After all the crap I have been dealing with the past few weeks, and then this, there is only one man I want to see in this ring right now…
The crowd pops huge, and this statement, Burton is about to call out Thunder…
Kurt Burton: So, with no further ado, Yukio BLAZE, COME ON DOWN!
Miseria Cantare plays, as Yukio makes his way to the ring. He stops, staring Burton in the face.
Kurt Burton: I know what you are thinking Yukio, you are wondering, after all the crapI have done to you, why would I call you out here? I mean, I participated in a beatdown which caused you some major shelf time, stood bye and watched as Wayne burnt your eye with a cigarette, and generally been a dick to you since day one. But right now Yukio, I have something I need from you. I need to be on your team.
Don’t get me wrong, I know you don’t like me, and I sure as hell don’t like you. I know you consider me a pretentious bunghole who talks too much, and I think you are a pathetic excuse for a wrestler who only manages to win when your opponents get bored of slapping you around. But you have a team captain position at Battleground, and you have no team.
And I want to be on that team. We… surprisingly, work well as a tag team, plus, I would get my hands on Thunder. You know that I am the definition of a team player, and you know my long-standing grudges with both team captains, especially Thunder right now. SO I IMPLORE YOU, put me on your team. DO IT!
Blaze looks around, not quite sure if he should trust this or not, and Burton puts out his hand.
Kurt Burton: I know you are thinking this has to be some kind of set up. I know that you are thinking you can’t trust me. And I would normally be the first one to agree with you. But right now, you have to ask yourself, what would Burton gain from ing me over? Nothing. But I want to rip Thunder’s head off of his shoulders and shove it up the new bunghole I am going to create for him.
Blaze seems won over by this genuine display of hatred. He shakes Burton’s hand. The crowd goes wild.
Kurt Burton: By the way, someone else would like a minute of your time…
Voodoo Whodoo plays over the speakers, as Wayne McGurk makes his way to the ring.
Wayne enters the ring, takes a mic and approached Burton and Yukio.
Wayne McGurk: Yukio, despite what has happened between the two of us in the past, if there was anyone who's destiny I've ever come across time and time again, it was yours. It was little over a year ago when you and I stood atop of the WFWF as co-owners. Granted, I never know what's going on around me, but the fact that you're standing with Kurt tonight shows me that the world is moving where it should be.
That said, we have a common enemy. Whatever he was to you, to Kurt and I he was a brother. He was a man we shared our lives with. Night after night, bloodies, bruised, and damn near broken, the three of us would kick back with a beer. And even though I was miles away from Vanessa and Scarlett, I knew I had my brothers beside me, and that was enough to know that everything was going to be alright.
But Thunder turned his back. He turned his back on Kurt... I see that now. And when I stepped and tried to resolve things, he turned his back on me. He turned his back on Vanessa, and he turned his back on a seven year old girl who upon a time thought the world of him.
I see him now for what is, what's he's always been, and I see us three for what we are... Three men who want nothing more than to see Thunder take his final breath.
Wayne extends his hand to Yukio. Yukio shakes his hand as well.
In what was an epic match Kurt Burton and Trace Demon fought all around the arena, hitting each other with a variety of moves, leaving both men split open. The match went back to the ring, where Kurt Burton hit the Acid Crunch on Trace for the pinfall victory.
Matthew Werner: So we still don’t know who’s going to be teaming up with the Anointed at Battleground.
Matt Steel: Nor we do know if that means they’ll actually be joining the Anointed.
Matthew Werner: Say, have you ever noticed they don’t really call themselves the Anointed and we just kind of stumbled upon that?
Matt Steel: Yes.
Matthew Werner: Maybe we could start calling them the Masters of the Universe instead.
Matt Steel: Well they are heels.
Matthew Werner: That is true.
Matt Steel: But I’m the heel announcer so I guess I can call them that.
Matthew Werner: Right. I wonder who’s going to be joining the Anointed?
Matt Steel: You mean Masters of the Universe?
Matthew Werner: Sure.
Matt Steel: Probably Calvin Lee.
Matthew Werner: I doubt it. It’s just too obvious.
Announcer: The following match is scheduled for one fall!
Matthew Werner: Say, shouldn’t this match writer know who the announcer is on the grounds they created them?
Mr Peabody: Quiet, you.
EBR: Yeah, at least I’m not just copying and pasting the same EBR vs. Thunder vs. Yukio match I wrote several months ago. I’m at least writing something new and at least putting in the effort.
Announcer: Introducing first, Yukio Blaze.
Yukio Blaze walks out.
Yukio: Hi.
Announcer: Introducing second, Thunder.
Thunder walks out.
Thunder: GRRRRRRRR!!!
Announcer: And yeah, introducing third, EBR.
EBR walks out. What a waste of time it was ever writing that entrance I’ll never use.
EBR: ‘Sup.
Bell: Ring, Ring, Ring.
Matthew Werner: Hello?
EBR punches Yukio. Thunder kicks EBR. EBR smacks Thunder. Yukio hits EBR. Thunder smashes Yukio. EBR electrifies Thunder. Yukio bombards EBR. Thunder impales Yukio. EBR evaporates Thunder. Yukio molests EBR. Thunder bonecrushes Yukio. Yukio is DOWN.
Matthew Werner: So we still don’t know who’s going to be teaming up with the Anointed at Battleground.
Matt Steel: That was copy and pasted from a previous conversation. This creates INTRIGUE as to who the fourth member will be, even though all signs will logically point towards Calvin Lee.
Matthew Werner: Oh contraire, Matt.
Unfortunately for you the home viewer whatever channel this is on experiences some type of difficulty and ten minutes are missed.
Matthew Werner: MY GOD I CAN’T BELIEVE WHAT WE ARE SEEING!! WHATAMATCH!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS, SPECIAL GUEST DON WEST!!!
Don West: No.
….
Matt Steel: Uh … ?
Matthew Werner: Something wrong?
EBR: Yeah, see, I’m trying to finish this match but I’m stuck.
Matthew Werner: Why don’t you tell us the problem and we’ll try to help you?
EBR: Okay, so I’m supposed to write the ending of this match, right? But it involves three guys and determines who enters #1, #6, and #12.
Matt Steel: Right.
EBR: But in order to do that I either have to judge my own match and say whether Thunder’s RP was better then Yukio’s or vice versa.
Matthew Werner: Or better than your’s.
EBR: Ahaha, right. But seriously, help?
Matt Steel: Well, you could do it based on who makes the most sense based on entering number one. That’d probably be Yukio and his whole “I’mma fight the world!” schtick. Or something.
Matthew Werner: Or Thunder’s corruption is already blowing up in his face.
EBR: Well that doesn’t help me at all.
Matt Steel: Could write various alternate endings.
EBR: Ahaha, right. But seriously, help?
Matthew Werner: If only there was someone we could ask …
Matt Steel: Or two …
EBR, Matthew Werner, Don West, and Matt Steel look at Thunder and Trace Demon.
Trace Demon: God, you’re already a week late. Can’t you do anything by yourself?
Thunder: And is this OOC Thunder or IC Thunder? Are you implying that EBR is somehow wrestling in this match and is on commentary at the same time? That doesn’t even make sense, and frankly, is almost insulting.
At this moment, EBR defeats Thunder via using the Motor City Machete. Thunder will enter at number 1, Yukio Blaze at number 6, and EBR at 12.
Matthew Werner: Well, Thunder is certainly at a huge disadvantage coming in at number one.
Matt Steel: No more so then the guy who comes in at number two.
Matthew Werner: Yeah number two really just gets screwed by the lottery.
Anyways, then Alex Sean, DGX, and Calvin Lee run out.
Matthew Werner: Dammit!
Matt Steel: Told you it was Calvin Lee.
They start fighting people, then Trace and Saku, run out. Then Wayne McGurk, Kurt Burton, and Reverend Shadow. And it’s craaaaaaazah~!
Matthew Werner: That’s not even a word.
Mr. Peabody: Quiet, you.
Everybody fights to the outside, leaving only Yukio Blaze and Trace Demon in the ring. Yukio Blaze is setting Trace up when the lights go out.
The lights come back on, and Yukio Blaze is laying out cold in the ring, covered in blood, and a masked man is standing over him. Trace Demon walks towards him and offers him his hand. Everybody watches on in shock as the man shakes Trace's hand, signalling their alliance.
Then the show ends. Bye.
