Im still trying to tweek the hair, I didnt really have many colours to use for blonde so I was just stuck with bright yellow, Im also contemplating adding the Total Package logo to the knees and ass   |

looks pretty good, for the hair may i suggest you do a darker color like a light brown then dry brush on the blonde high lights.  |

Paint his hair a very light brown, and then dry brush Folk Art French Vanilla into it, its a perfect jakks blonde color

The ponytail is simple and very effective good work-I typically like testors enamels for hair than use a sealer-if done right your figure could be "playable"
