I was watching a tape of the Bobby Heenan Show from 1989 and also some Wrestling Challenge shows w/Bobby and Gorilla Monsoon and thier classic banter and I was wondering whats your favorite Heenan moment? It can be an angle, bump, one of his classic quotes(my fave is 'You wont offend me w/cash")or whatever.

Should go in classic wrestling. I don't really have one because Heenan was beyond my time.

Heenan captured my imagination, I really believed he was exactly like that off-camera. He and Monsoon were unparalled.

His entire commentary during the 1992 Royal Rumble match.
I also love his line, "They say money can't buy happiness? Gimme $50 and watch me smile."

It's such a tiny moment but it makes me laugh so hard. I'll give a little backstory since I can't seem to find a video.
In 1987 Bobby Heenan badly hurt his neck in a incident with Ken Patera. Gorilla Monsoon would claim for weeks on Primetime Wrestling that Heenan was faking the injury. One week Gorilla made mention that Bobby was moving his head and neck a little more freely. To which Booby Heenan replied. "Am I in pain?" *shakes head yes* Do I like Gorilla Monsoon?" *shakes head no*
I wish I could find a video because it cracks me up.

Wrestlemania VIII, Piper lifts the ring bell over his head to hit Bret Hart and Heenan says "What the hell use the bell"
Everything in the 92 Rumble was classic, especially "Virgil came out at #23? No telling how many bags he went through in the back"

heenan has had so many great moments the funniest one I can recently remember was Wrestlemania X7 when he provided commentary for the gimmick battle royal. The Iron Shiek was being intro'd and obviously due to his age, he was walking v.slowly to the ring.
Heenan: For God's sake! By the time the shiek gets to the ring it will be Wrestlemania 34!
looool!

...Too many to mention, but one that I found hilarious (for the wrong reasons perhaps) was when he commented on Hogan coming to the ring for the infamous Bash At The Beach '96 match... 'Who's side is he on?'

For me, one of the funniest Bobby Heenan lines was at Bob Backlund's first Royal Rumble (93, was it?). He was wearing those small wrestling boots and he'd been in the ring for a long time.
Heenan: "Bob Backlund's been in the ring so long, when he first got in there, his boots were up to his knees!"

There have been so many great Heenan moments but I remember one on a home video ( I can't remember the name) from around '92 or '93. Heenan and Lord Alfred Hayes were in an upper level of Royal Albert Hall and the Brain said, "Wow, it must get really loud when they have those Monster Truck shows in here." As LAH was rebuking him, Heenan feigned falling over the side of the balcony. It was pure gold.

his commentation on the lucha libre wrestlers of wcw was often hilarious/border line racist.

During a WCW TV taping, Hacksaw Jim Duggan was facing Steven Regal. The cameraman got a shot of the crowd chanting "U.S.A! U.S.A!"
Heenan looked at the crowd & started his own chant: "S.O.A.P! S.O.A.P!"

When he would simply scream "ohhhhh!" in WCW when somebody took a stiff hit.

Making fun of Tito Santana. As if that guy needed to be buried any further.
