It's nothing we haven't seen before. Remember Ric Flair in EVERY position of authority? It's just Mick Foley does it poorly. He's a great guy, and he is one of my favorites but it's kind of embarassing seeing him with the strap. A decade ago, him winning the World title meant something. Now, in this decade, it doesn't mean anything. That and he's been beaten and crippled and jobbed so many times now, he's not really a legitimate threat anymore. I really think that was an ignorant comment. If you ask a REAL worker how they think Mick is doing in TNA. I'd bet you my balls that they would say he is making ratings. He is amazing on the mic, he always is doing something to keep you laughing, and his matches are still so entertaining. The cardboard cut out was a joke.. if you think he's being serious by fighting a cardboard cut out you've got to be kidding me. He even said in a recent interview that he is taking TNA very serious at this point in his life and wants to make a second run in his career. If you look back, Shawn Michaels has made like TWO runs in the WWE. Leaving and coming back, you cant say when he won the title when he came back that it was any less legitamit. Foley is still as fat as he was back in the day and just as crazy. He's doing awesome in TNA and he's one of if not the greatest champ TNA has had concering keeping the crowd alive and ppv buy rates. Whatever. Mick Foley's irrelevant. He's been jobbed and turned into a teddy bear during his WWE run, that he doesn't look convincing either as a "crazy heel" OR as an actual worker. Bringing up Shawn Michaels in a pro-Foley argument is a case of apples and oranges: there's no real comparison between the two, suffice to say HBK is a lot less crippled and has always had more in-ring talent and finesse than Mick Foley. So I fail to see what you were getting at. But here's something interesting, Foley's always said he wrestled the best match of his life against Michaels in 1996... nearly thirteen years ago, and he's still lumbering around the ring. You just contradicted yourself here. So which is it? Is he taking it serious or not? Because it doesn't look like it, he still looks like a lucky goof who happened to win the World title. And Foley 'kept' people laughing and 'entertained' them with the Rocky cardboard skit? No, sir... people were GROANING, myself included. People were chanting 'ROCKY!', they'd rather have a cardboard cut-out as the TNA champion over Foley and I don't blame them. And maybe Foley's matches would be somewhat 'entertaining' if you fast forwarded them 22x, because Foley moves slower than EVER now. Foley's fatter now too, and he keeps doing the same crazy 'schtick': cutting promos against himself, punching himself, while trying to get over how "badass" his Cactus Jack persona is, despite the fact that his Cactus Jack character has taken so many losses over the last few years, he's not fearsome or intimidating anymore. And Mr. Socko still sucks, and only pisses on the TNA audience whenever Mick Foley pulls out that Vince McMahon-creation.

You obviously dont like Foley and his new start in TNA and your not understanding what im saying either so im done. but just so I can get it out, to the part where you say I contradicted myself. I was saying the cardboard thing was to purposely joke as a gimick.. his gimick is he's crazy so by him taking his role in TNA seriously..he acts crazy. How does that not make sence?
