Why doesn't he just be a manager?

I dont see why everyone is bashing Flair, yes he's old and not as good as he once was, but he's fallen on hard times (see Dusty Rhodes Promo) quickly and he needs money. Signing his name isnt gonna keep money flowing in. The economy sucks. I dont want want to see Flair come back after the way he was sent off but 1) He never wanted to retire, the WWE basically forced it upon him and 2) The most important thing in life is taking care of yourself and your family, not worrying about what a damn internet wrestling fan thinks. I respect Flair more for trying to be a MAN and take care of personal business and family.

As I said in the post in the spoiler board, if H/Orton is on the Summerslam card, WWE can kiss my $40 goodbye, and I usually order the big four religiously.
I don't care if its hell in a cell, or any other stipulation for that matter. I'm not watching that match anymore.

Guys, stop saying all this crap about you "losing respect for Flair" and how he's washed up and hanging on too long. Ric Flair is not back because of his ego or to be part of any storyline purposely.
The REAL reason Ric Flair is back is because he's broke and has to pay his ex-wife $20,000 per month and he needs a JOB. So Vince McMahon has graciously opened his arms to Flair and offered him a part on RAW which will pay Flair pretty well, and WWE will do a little storyline which will explain why he is allowed to wrestle again so he can make more money on European and Japanese tours.
This whole thing is just to help out Ric in a very tough financial situation...so stop all this crap about how you've all lost respect for Ric and talking crap about him. He's in a tough spot right now and needs to make money.

The fact of the matter is that at the time he retired, he thought he was pretty well set, and probably could get by without wrestling. Since then he has been through a divorce and his son has ed up bad, causing Ric to not be as set as he thought. Fact is, no matter how he went out, he needs to get back in. Which would you guys rather see? Ric come back and "ruin his perfect sendoff" or wind up in jail because he couldn't pay the bitch? I'd rather not see the greatest world champion of all time in jail over money issues he could've avoided by getting in the ring, no matter how many of you guys he pisses off. its called bankruptcy, look it up. you don't go to jail if you can't pay. you file for bankruptcy and it works out that way. either way i thought flair should of hung it up long before his actual retirement match. can't hate on him for doing what he loves and still getting a pay check. just sucks he was so terrible at balancing his books.
