He's effectively been written out since the Jarrett/Foley power struggle began, probably to try and not make things more confusing with authority figures and their power.

he doesn thave the power to be on tv more than 3 times a year, but he can hire traci brooks as a tna KO advisor and book a tag title match. but when Foley is around he's not allowed to change an matches unless Jarret says so. Anf only that's allowed if Jarret votes for it and Foley get 1/3 majority vote from other shareholders, aka, russo and sharkboy. Making it null and void except on tuesaday at 5pm...at which Cornette can then use his power to book a tag match only if its a pink slip on a pole match, but only foley can restart it unless Jarret gets a signature from Dixie carter saying that s cool. then Cornetter can do it on a Friday.
