I'm hoping for an Atletico vs Bayern final because I can see it being a better match where if any other combination I fear we could be talking about it in a few years for the wrong reasons. Madrid derby is normally a good game. Chelsea will kill any final they're in.

Barca's transfer ban has been suspended pending an appeal. They will be able to sign players this summer at least. Didn't see that coming

Platini did his part but we survived so far...tough game in Turim. Just hope to have Gaitan and Salvio back.

Barcelona's 2012/13 title winning coach Tito Vilanova has died at age 45 after losing his battle with cancer. Very sad. Rest in peace.

Horrible news, R.I.P.
Also R.I.P to Rangers, Hearts and Scotland legend Sandy Jardine.

Hate Barca but wouldn't wish what happened to Tito on the worst person around. RIP.

So UEFA moved a board meeting 15 days earlier to ban Enzo Perez from the sencond leg match after Juve sending some footage where Enzo "hits" Chiellini with his arm... And they gave Benfica 13 hours to answer. This is a SHAME! Platini and his mafia should be ashamed and embarassed. Justice will be made and sooner or later Juve will return back to their place on Serie B.

Platini has bottled FFP too, despite City & PSG going way over the limit on losses.

Platini has bottled FFP too, despite City & PSG going way over the limit on losses. Probably because PSG are French.

He is all about corruption so he just does better to whoever pays more. The clubs he does help from the heart are the ones that he played for and supports: OM and Juve. Coincidence or not 2 of the most corrupt clubs in european history.

Real were amazing tonight. Praying for an all-Madrid final.

Madrid were amazing no doubt but Bayern were absolute garbage. I don't know if their lack of meaningless games cost them this one with them winning their league so early but man they were poor.
Is it down to Guardiola? Is tiki taka dead?

Is it down to Guardiola? Is tiki taka dead? His problem is that he took a team that could play in almost any style and made it specialise in one. That Bayern team last year would play tiki-taka on Saturday then follow Real's blueprint on Tuesday. Now Bayern are more predictable and more easy to counter. Had Real played them last year Bayern could've just fought fire with fire. Take nothing away from Real though, they were brilliant.

Had Real played them last year Bayern could've just fought fire with fire. Take nothing away from Real though, they were brilliant. Got to agree. Bayern were so good last year because they were a powerhouse but could also play. Even against Arsenal I thought Wow, Guardiola really has taken them to that next level and made them be able to ball like Barca but still have that next gear of penetration and direct play. However, since the United Game onwards, they're literally becoming the same tired, one dimensional Barca team that Bayern turned over last year, and the same thing happened to them last night. Barca were so good at the posession Game because they had Lionel Messi at the end of it all. They also had Villa and Pedro who would bomb down the line and stretch the back line even more. Now though, all Bayern do is come to feet. Robben and Ribery may take it wide, but they just pass it back across again. They will benefit from Lewandowski next Season for sure, but at the moment they are certainly going back a few steps even if their passing is improving. Take nothing from Real Madrid though, Di Maria along with that front 3 are simply unplayable on the break. If we get them in the final, I'm confident that we could easily sit deep and park the bus, as Real aren't the best at playing short possessive football on the edge of an 18 yard box, and it would limit Bale and Ronaldo as to what they can do. However, my fear is at one point in the Game we would have to take a chance and go for it, and once we do try to Counter them, the pitch is then open and Real's front three can do what they do.

Atletico were fantastic tonight, delighted for them. Buzzing for the final. Wonder what the odds for the AM LL/CL double are now. Really hope it happens though I'd be happy with a Real CL win too for Ronaldo's sake.

Think everyone knows I've been wanting Real/Chelsea for years, and what a set up it would have been with Mourinho, the man they brought in to win them the CL, the only one in their way.
So glad Atletico are through though. Can see the final going like last year. Underdog from the same country just coming up short and Ronaldo the best player of all time sealing #10.

Yeah, I think it's Real's year. Atletico to win La Liga though.
