Then just pop one side of the upper leg off the knee pin. (either with your fingers or screwdriver) Then just line up the holes with the new part and push the pin through with a pair of needlenose pliers. If you do it quick enough that the plastic is still soft you can push it through with your fingers. And you can swap DA legs the same way.

Another way to swap legs is to fill a pot up with hot water, and just stand the figures up in it, make sure the water is just past their knees and allow them both to stand for about 2 mins. Be sure to watch though, the joints gets soft and they tend to fall over, the sides of the pot will burn whatever part they touch, so be careful. Shake them off after you pull them out, and use a cloth to pull them appart, since they're pretty hot. Works every time.

If you do the boiling water make sure you take the pot off the burner or else you run the risk of the plastic melting if the figure touches the bottom or sides of the pot. And if you use the hairdryer meathod make sure you hold the figure about 6" from the hairdryer...and keep the dryer moving over the joints (I usuaully rotate the figure so all four sides get heated in the 1-2 minutes.) as for karma it makes no difference as I never pay attention to it anyway.

You actually really do not even need the Hair Dryer or the Boiling water I have twisted off many a lower leg by hand if it puts up resistance then I have used the heat generated by my hands and a flat Screwdriver to get it off
if you do want to use the Dryer or the Water then I also advise the Hairdryer it has less chance or Warping the Figure because it is earier to control the temperture

You can boil water in the microwave. Put a coffee cup/mug in the microwave for 4-5 minutes and the water will be hot enough and stay hot for you to switch parts.
