Jericho. Jericho is above and beyond the IC title but I still like that he won it and the way he won it. I've warmed to the idea of Jericho & Rey restoring some credit to the belt when it was pretty much six feet under in terms of credibility.

Hardy's win, followed closely by Jericho's. Two great matches... too bad one of them had to be ruined by a certain briefcase holder...

In terms of how it was won, Jericho, best ending to a match I've seen in awhile. But overall, Punk just because of how much I like him.

Jericho's win seals this poll for me easily. However, had Jeff walked out as champion his victory would've been the winner for me. I hate to be another nasty nelly when it comes to CM Punk, but seriously  that douchebag. |

ECW. I was happy for Jericho, but I respect both men and they are both in quite high standing regardless of belts. Jeff should have kept his belt after winning the ladder match..and that's all I will say as my opinion of Punk is well documented. Batista DAMN sure shouldn't have gone over Orton with an injury. Tommy deserved the recognition. Though ECW has mutated from the underground promotion from it's glory days into a third rate WWE D show behind Superstars with a slightly less butterfly-ish Divas belt as it's title, Tommy is the last true ECW original. It will always be in his blood and I know it's killing him to see what has come of it. Seeing Tomm with the ECW title makes it an actual ECW title. He deserved the honor and I am very happy for him. His career is clearly almost done. He at least belongs in the record books one more time. Good for him.

Each one was pretty cool... well, except for Batista's unneccessary win.
I'm going with the IC title change as it brought some credibility to Jericho delivering as a man of his word.
Second place goes to the ECW title change which I thought had a 10% chance of coming to fruition and i'm glad it happened so it stands out to me.

Jericho winning. Jericho and Dreamer are the only two stars I can stand out of the metioned, cept Punk to a limit
