While he did talk about enjoying his time away from the wrestling business, it's interesting to note that during the interview, he revealed that TNA Wrestling has been in "constant contact" with him as recently as this past week.

I would of been all over it if Jerry Lynn was still around. That's not to say there isn't many other fantastic matches he could have in TNA. Lynn vs Van Dam just would of been fantastic for me.

Wasn't he quoted once a while back saying if he ever came back to the business full-time, it'd be with WWE? Or am I thinking someone else?

I don't think he will go to TNA but if he did it would be good for them since he is a great wrestler and could have some great matches with some of the TNA guys.

I really don't see how this "revelation" means that RVD is going to TNA anytime soon. Of course they're in constant contact, they probably ask him every now and then if he'd be interested in coming to TNA and obviously he has not agreed to appear with them.
That said, it's something I'd like to see. Maybe RVD could convince TNA to actually PROMOTE his return, something that I guarantee would increase ratings.
