Being in "constant contact," to me, implies that they keep calling him and he keeps saying no. Exactly..

Well, of course they'd be in constant contact with him. RVD would be a huge snag for them!! I think Van Dam should give it a shot and see what becomes of it. He could definitely add some spice to TNA. He may not be able to do stuff like he did in the ECW days but he can still perform and entertain.

A friend of mine saw RVD vs. Booker T at Booker's fed, he said RVD did horrible. With that said, TNA should build up people, RVD might be good talent, but how many more years can he possibly have? Especially with his style.

Especially with his style. Well the RVD I saw [not in person] at this year's Royal Rumble looked damn impressive. I was so glad to see him, and to see that he was staying in shape. I hope he doesn't go to TNA.

If he did go to TNA could he use his RVD name or would he have to use something like R Van Dam or something?

Wasn't he quoted once a while back saying if he ever came back to the business full-time, it'd be with WWE? Or am I thinking someone else? Interesting nonetheless. It was either him or Jericho. I can't remember either Whomever said it, they said something along the lines of- if they do come back they want to go the hardest they can, and WWE is where to do it. I'm fairly positive it was Jericho. RVD in TNA would be interesting and I would love to see Styles vs. RVD.

TNA: Hey Rob, would you consider joining TNA? RVD: No. Next Day... TNA: Hey Rob, TNA is getting pretty popular, have you given a thought about joining? RVD: No. Following Day... TNA: Hi Rob, just calling to see if you'd be interested in TNA. This may be your last chance. RVD: No. Another Day........ TNA: Hey Rob, we're giving you another chance to join TNA. Are you in? RVD: No! Stop calling me! TNA: Rob! Thought I heard the phone ringing, was just wondering if that was you calling to say your interested? RVD: Nope. ..god I'm lame lol. Anyways, I wouldn't mind seeing RVD in TNA there is always new feuds and stuff that could happen. But still.. its very unlikely.

Two years ago, he did an autograph signing at a 'Nerdcon' I attend with Christy Hemme and Raven. I don't know if that means anything.
