Finished Chikara's Aniversario Yang, overall it was pretty amazing. There were a few matches though like The Sea Donsters vs. 2.0 and Glacier & D'Lo Brown and Glacier vs. Vin and Colin (mostly because of Glacier) that weren't too good. But then there were also matches like Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw, and The Future Is Now vs. Incoherence and Incoherence and Claudio Castagnoli vs. Eddie Kingston which were just awesome and made up for those. But I would have to say the match of the night for me which just made this whole event awesome was F.I.S.T. vs. The Colony. Such an amazing match, I loved every minute of it and I don't think it could have been any better.

- Joe/Punk/Daniels/Gibson at Redemption. Great match. My favorite parts were the Punk/Joe interactions, specifically their first one. Punk locks in a side headlock and screams "AH HA!!!!!!". As soon as he says that, Joe brutally suplexes him on his head. Funny stuff. I was there for this match in Dayton. I remember laughing my ass off at that moment. The ending to the match may be one of the most emotional moments I've ever experienced in wrestling. The moment Gibson came stumbling out of the back to get back in there with Punk we came unglued. I'm one of the biggest Punk marks on the planet but the moment Jamie got the 3-count I went nuts. Great night.

Hiding In Plain Sight, it was pretty great. It was awesome to have Team Uppercut together for one last time, the 10 man tag match was so much fun and the Osirian Portal/Colony match was great too, I am sad though that Portal lost but at the same time I was glad the Colony won. One weird thing that kinda distracted me during the last match was seeing Player Dos(pretty sure it was him) walk around with no mask on.

Prince Devitt versus Kota Ibushi from NJPW's "Best of the Super Juniors Tournament 2009". Something special, that's for sure. I'd love to see Devitt and Ibushi collide again some time in the near-future.

Watching what I have from ROH's Mileston Series (everything but the 100th show). Watched 4th Anny, Arena Warfare and I just watched Jimmy vs. BJ from Dragon Gate Challenge. Good god that botched top-rope powerbomb was disgusting.

I watched Cibernetico Increible and it wasn't bad at all. Some of the matches were hit or miss, but the Torneo Cibernetico was pretty amazing and it was pretty much the best match on the DVD and it was a pretty big surprise to see him win. I think the Throwback are a pretty awesome team though and I can't wait to see more of them. I don't know if I'm a fan of the Osirian Portal being a good guy team yet. The ongoing stories in Chikara have been pretty entertaining too and even though I pretty much know what happens with the Bruderschaft it is pretty cool to see how things are unfolding.

BattlARTS 8/31/08 - NWA International Lightweight Tag Team Titles: Ikuto Hidaka & Munenori Sawa (c) vs Yuki Ishikawa & Yuta Yoshikawa Yeah, BattlARTS is like the only wrestling promotion I can watch at the moment because it's too addictive. Damn awesome match here. I prefer the shoot-style Hidaka to the Zero1 Hidaka, honestly. Lots of kicks. Very stiff match and action the whole time, not really any match downtime. Ishikawa stretching Hidaka and Sawa from limb to limb TO LIMB... to limb. Better than the 7/26/08 six-man tag elimination match. Definite 2008 MOTYC. ****1/4

Matt Sydal VS Azrael VS Christopher Daniels, ROH Joe VS Kobashi, Oct '05. Not too bad at all, despite Sydal taking a lariat in a sickening fashion... ...then of course it was time to revisit the main event, which still has me on the edge of my seat, a truly incredible atmosphere, and amazing to see how Kobashi worked with Joe.

I watched the following on YouTube last night:
NOAH -Katsuhiko Nakajima VS KENTA, GHC Jr Heavyweight Title - astounding, truly astounding.
NJPW - Kota Ibushi VS Prince Devitt - awesome, if a tad short.
DDT - Kota Ibushi VS Taichi Ishikari - not bad at all, despite Ishikari's offense.
DDT - Kota Ibushi VS Sanshiro Takagi - pretty good all round, Ibushi IMO is tremendous.

Kensuke Office 8/2/09 - Atsushi Aoki vs. Satoshi Kajiwara The rookie Kajiwara looked good. Aoki looked strong. Fun opener. *3/4
WWE 1/4/10 - Bryan Danielson vs. Chavo Guerrero Damn solid match. Considering the time given, it was one of the best of the three shows that took place that night. **
NOAH 1/9/10 - Takashi Sugiura vs. Chris Hero Hero took it to Sugs. Hero's getting pretty over with the NOAH crowd. Hero delivered a very stiff chop, awesome stuff. But his elbows stood no chance against Sugsy's, though. Then Sugsy kicked his face off. Very fun match. **3/4
